      yeah, you can up intensity, etc but if you're looking at 2+ jobs or caring responsibilities then that shit becomes impossible

      this, i walk 25,000 steps a day. but eat at, or 300 cals less than my sedentary maintenance. i can drop 1.5-2lb a week without feeling much as long as i eat 4 times a day

    Bad for nutrition but back in highschool I would eat whatever I want as long as I didn’t go over my calorie limit and to always have my biggest meal before bed that way I wouldn’t go to bed hungry and look for a midnight snack. You should be going to sleep at a regular time to avoid nighttime hunger anyway

    change your mindset regarding hunger on a cut. your hunger is proof the diet is working. realize it's worse to cheat on your diet just to temporarily satiate your hunger because then you've only cheated yourself. trust the process and the results come in quickly. You will make it.

    High volume foods are a big one. Protein ice cream is slop but you can make half a gallon of the shit for like 300 calories of mostly protein. Big salads are also good too and you can kill a whole pot of soup for like 600kcal if you make it right

    popcorn has really helped me. a whole bag is only 200 calories, and gives you a bunch of sodium which you need.
    another anon here mentioned jell-o, which i'm gonna buy next time i get groceries.

      Intermittent fasting. When you actually eat, eat a lot of high protein low calorie foods so you feel full. After that the cravings disappear. If you have to stop cravings, drink diet soda.
