This worked for me. When i started seeing the abs come out, it was easy to keep from eating too much.

Your hunger pains are all mental and come from habit, not hunger. For example, you eat at noon so your brain preps for a noon meal but then if it doesn't get fed it complains with hunger pangs. Let's say you start eating lunch regularly at 2 instead of noon now. You'll no longer get those pains at noon or 1, instead they'll shift to 2.
The pains are fake. If you want to know what your real hunger feels like, do a 24 hour fast while only drinking water. The next day you'll understand what hunger is supposed to feel like. (At least somewhat because you're not really starving.)

All cravings go away pretty fast once you stop giving into them, gay. Your brain has learned to expect a certain stimulus, you get cravings when it doesn't get it. Keep not providing the stimulus and your brain will adapt.
In the case of hunger pangs, they go away very quickly so long as you don't do stupid shit like cheat or snack.

Don't. Eat unprocessed foods. If you want fat cut it off a piece of steak. If you want sugar eat fruits or honey. Butter is ok only if you make it yourself from milk.
