1) If you aren't ripped, start cutting so that your tongue gets shredded too and can dilate your airway more effectively
2) Force side sleep with a thick firm pillow like the pillow cube pro. Alternatively you can go to sleep on your side near the edge of the bed and place pillows close to your back so that you will be unlikely to roll into the supine position.
Have a girl who looks like your picrel be the big spoon and all of your sleep problems will vanish into thin air. Bonus points if she massages your head as you’re falling asleep.

Sleeping at the same time every night and getting up at the same time in the morning are key for me. If I stick to my schedule I am always tired and ready for bed when it's time to sleep. If I just sleep whenever I want and how long I want my sleep schedule and quality get all kinds of fricked and I don't get tired before bedtime.
