Depends on your genetics and your dedication. But atleast a year, loosing weight is easy - loosing weight to look like the girl you posted takes work though.

First of all, you need to be on caloric deficit.
I would recommend lifting 3 times per week as a minimum and walk a lot. With this I would say between 3,5 or 4 months for not looking saggy.
Yoga is very good, but it won't help to achieve your goal.

To look good at 150 at your height, you’d need a lot of muscle. If you’re 180 and totally new, 150 is a good first goal, but ultimately aim for 120 if you want to look like the pic you posted in the OP.
Basically, you’re going to be grinding at the gym for 64 weeks, and you need a better routine as well.
