I can do 10+ pull-ups with a 20kg pl8. What's your excuse now? This is biased towards people who actually train and you clearly don't fit the description
Taller people often get their height mainly from longer legs. Legs and arms often grow proportionally. So no. Aside from that, strength and bodyweight don't grow linearly.
Pretty sure I can do all of that except the bodyweight press although it doesn't say what technique to use. Might not be able to do the 69 situps either and the 49 push-ups could get close because I never do them. I know I can do 30 easy, 40 if I try and I guess 10 more if I really have to.
>5 km in less than 25 minutes
It's like tossing a coin, I have good cardio endurance due to boxing and skipping rope but I don't run since years, probably I'm too slow for it even if it sounds reasonable with 1 month of training. >more than 49 push-ups in a row
I never do push-ups, find it stupid while I can BP or do dips, probably being my body not used to the movement I would fail without a couple of weeks of training >do more than 11 pull-ups in a row
Easier than my warm up >BP your own bw 12 times
Never tried but confident I can do it >DL twice your bw 2 times in a row
I don't DL, ever, will probably fail >sprint 100 m in less than 15 seconds
Read point one, I have good endurance but probably I'm too slow for this without 1 month of training >jump 2,3 m from standing
Sounds like a lot, can do if I get 1 month to train it >BW from the ground and above your head
Almost certainly can't do >69 sit-ups in a row
LOL 69. Easy
>5 km in less than 25 minutes
probably >more than 49 push-ups in a row
uhh maybe. I usually do 40 clean push ups and that's pretty close to my max. >do more than 11 pull-ups in a row
just barely >BP your own bw 12 times
easily >DL twice your bw 2 times in a row
easily >sprint 100 m in less than 15 seconds
probably >jump 2,3 m from standing
don't remember what my standing jump was in high school so no clue. >BW from the ground and above your head
my 1rm press is 85kg and my bodyweight is 89 so probably not >69 sit-ups in a row
maybe
doing anything for as many as 50 reps is pretty moronic and not a good measure of anything. if you are 165cm 60kg all these should be easily doable for you.
Are all of these in 1 circuit? by "In a row" does that mean without breaks?
If it's a circuit, i can't get past the pushups. If it's as much rest as I like mid set, i can do it all except ohp
If it's non circuit but without pausing, then yes, no, maybe, maybe, yes, yes, no idea, no, maybe
>benchpress your own bodyweight 12 times in a row >deadlift your own bodyweight 2 times in a row
I'm 70 kg and could bench that maybe 7-8 times in a row, but could dl that probably like >10 in a row???
i could do some of these, but i am way too fat for most of them (93kg/190cm). it seems pretty ottermode favoured, since most of the exercises involve bodyweight.
>5k
yup >49 pushups
no way not if they're good pushups, maybe if they're normie pushups that only go half way >11 pullups
6 past it >bench bwx12
too ez >Deadlift bw*2x2
even easier >100 in <15 s
I have no context for how far that is or how fast that is >jump 2, 30m far from standing
wut >clean and jerk your own weight
no because who trains for oly shit except oly lifters >70+ sit ups
again easy if you count normie shit
Also what the frick is that list, I weigh 100kgs and 100kg OHP is in the impossible/fraud/maybe in a couple of years territory, while I probably could bench my bodyweight for 12 times, the 2x bw deadlift is so easy to achieve that it's not even comparable to a bw ohp, unless it's clean and jerk not ohp

Absolutely not, have really bad asthma. Best I did was a 5K in 27min when I was 16. >>more than 49 push-ups in a row
Tried last week and only got 36 >>do more than 11 pull-ups in a row
Maybe >>BP your own bw 12 times
Nope, max is for 5 >>DL twice your bw 2 times in a row
No because I don't train deadlift. Max is 225 for 1
100 m in less than 15 seconds
probably >>jump 2,3 m from standing
Maybe >>BW from the ground and above your head
No, sounds dumber than deadlifts >>69 sit-ups in a row
Absolutely
Wtf I can do all of these but I perma look like a dyel ;(. 5'9 150 so maybe the bodyweight based lifts are just too low (lmao dl sub 3 pl8s for two reps). The one good thing about being able to do all these is that it's good general physical preparedness for almost any physical activity.
This is biased towards manlets due to all the bodyweight bullshit
Not my fault I'm a head taller and weigh 20kg more
Why are biggers so fragile?
More room for a wider range of emotions
I got the joke and I liked it
Cope fatty
I-I-I'm too heavy to do sit ups....
It's my height....
You lack a strong will.
the running is biased towards lanklets
also, weren't you supposed to be stronger ? why should lifting slightly more be a problem then ?
Powershitter cope

It's cute when you need a step or jp for the pullup bar, anon.
Holy cope, just admit you are fat and can't do a single pull-up
>taller people are heavier
>taller people have to move a greater distance for the rep to complete
Come on now
they also have bigger muscles and are just stronger and far superior right? right lanklets?
Taller people often get their height mainly from longer legs. Legs and arms often grow proportionally. So no. Aside from that, strength and bodyweight don't grow linearly.

Now you have some silly fun time goals to hit
jumping 2m40 from standing seems a bit ridiculous

Skip rope for 20 minutes, tape it, post it.

Everyone in this thread will get laid this weekend if I get dubs. Only me though, copy cats and rerolls don't count.
Find 800 and kill him...

Dunno about sprinting and the jump, the rest is checked
I can’t ohp my bodyweight but the rest is doable. Sub 25 5k is literally the requirement for a c in sports in my country lmao
I can do everything but the pushups. I gas out around 40.
run yes
pushups no
pullups yes
benchpress no

situps yes

Not sure about the sprinting or jumping, bit everything else yes.

If you can dl 225 for one surely you can dl 155 for 2..?
Twice your bodyweight.
It would be 310 for 2. Not 155.

Those running marks are insanely weak compared to the other stuff.

Wtf? Are we suppose to be human fleas?
God you're so fricking moronic, it says jump from two points 30m apart, testing your ability to judge distance.
Easy actually.
