I've eaten on average 1500 calories daily this week while burning ~800 calories during every single workout (Monday to Friday). So that's 700 net calories throughout the working days and 1500 on both rest days.
It's working, the weight is going down.

All of the above. Two days fasting followed by gym day with a bulk diet. Rinse repeat. It works pretty well. I mostly care about getting lean though.

0, I'm doing ~6 day water fasts. Currently 6'4 200lbs, ~23% bf. I'm ~15-20lbs from my ideal weight (down 75lbs total), I just want to get this shit done already so I can escape skinnyfat hell and actually start putting on a fucking iota of muscle. It's discouraging lifting every other day, knowing that I'm not actually building anything. I might stop fasting halfway through and just do the body recomp meme instead.
