This workout I used only 50kg for the incline bench. Feeling the muscle is more important than pressing like a goblin imo. I know people that bench 3 plates but dont look the part lol.
You don’t need to deload when you’re that weak, I’m not trying to be mean. Eat your protein and keep pushing. Also, yes, benching after squatting could make it significantly harder, depending on the person.
Maybe 240? Haven’t maxed in forever. Just back to the gym for 3 months after a year and a half off.. 23 now record was 315 a few weeks before I turned 18. Now I’m nothing
PR 225x8
Currently 205x7 since I moved across the US and didn’t have a gym for like a month :’)
Now I finally got a job too. Do you guys like my uniform?
Im from Wisconsin and moved to the Arklatex area for the winter. Was gonna stay longer, but this place is pretty lame. People in the midwest are friendlier and are direct when they speak to you. Seems like everyone I meet here is wearing a mask. Also this place is way trashier and the nature is not nearly as beautiful. Dare I say I miss the dead silence of the frozen Wisconsin forest with its three feet of ice sheet topped snow?
Before anyone asks why I’m here, I just got married and my wife’s grandparents and parents invited us and I wanted to get closer to them because they seemed like good, God fearing people. Her grandparents are, but parents (who she was never really close with), not so much. In fact most people in the south aren’t, despite stereotypes.
Oh okay I see brotha
I’m from Virginia and had to move to England. Wife’s family is here and couldn’t keep her in the states too long.
I’ve been to Texas a few times but not near where you are, seems like a place I have no interest in going. Been to Wisconsin but only driving through it. Hope you can settle in a place you can call home.

40 yr old
One year into training, 6 months going to the gym and access to good equipment. Doing ppl 5 days a week. 2 months into my 1st bulk
I bench 80 kg 5x5 and going up with 1-2 reps per week. My goal is to
bench bodyweight this year and 100kg (2pl8) by the end of next year
80kg for 6 reps. Can squeeze another one with a spotter, but I don't want to bother other people tbh and there are actually few people who know how to properly.
Or 70kg x 10.
Maxed on Saturday, got 315 again for the first time in forever. All time max was 365 x1, when I was 20. Spent a lot of time after that focusing on my sport. I'm 26 now
100 for 1 rep, a couple of months ago. I'll start benching again in the new year. Definitely was feeling a lot of pressure in my shoulder on my 100 kilo lift.
100kgx3 don’t know 1 rep max, probably 110-120
Stats: 184 cm, 95kg
We are similar
188cm 90kg and same weights
105lbs
100kg x 2
100x10, 115x2, never tested for a higher pr.

You stole my thread from kohlchan IST you kohlcel.

Not to brag but I bench 47.5kg
4x10 60kg
Don't know whooped someone today who can bench over a 100 KG
Idk like 275lbs.
50kg, just had to deload today to 45kg again, that's my second deload from 50kg.
Squatted before benching today which i normally don't do, is that a good enough reason for todays shitty reps? CNS fried?

255 lbs. Kinda shit. Long plateau here even as my other lifts go up.
95kgx4
410
impossible!
Nope, just fat, try hard, and have been lifting for 8 years
A lot, Jacob

Moving back in spring
Right now? Probably 190lbs maybe 200.
Haven't done barbell bench in a while.
I dunno, but I dip my bodyweight of 180
190lbsx6reps
195 for 5 but I've stopped bb bench for db bench, I'm at 85 for 10 right now
I bench 175 for 7 at 130 bodyweight.
260lbs paused
idk, I never do 1rm's and I stopped adding weight once I got to 2pl8. I just rep it for however many times feels right on any given day.
Yes it seems hard to progress past 2pl8 as a natural for reps
290 @ 170lb bw
35kg for 8 reps
310x1
275x5
225x10
Those are my maxes, though I've been steadily decreasing in strength recently, now doing about 225x9, 275x3-4.
My goal is to be able to rep out 315 for 5, but that seems very very distant.
Haven't bb benched in a while but I db bench 95s for 3×8
100kg * 3
@ 181cm, 80kg
425x17
209 lbsx5
214 lbsx1
I'm around 165
365, but I'm also a 260 lbs fatass.
>tfw don't know my 1rm
I don't want to go on the wall of shame at my gym by guiotining my neck on the bench press so i stick to my 5x
My prs are as follows
100 kg x 3
105 kg x 1
245 lbs x 1
225 lbs x 3
215 lbs x 6
90 kg x 7
195 lbs x 11
I'm thinking the 195 Is my all time best probably
Outdoor gym near by added new weight doubling it from 55kg to 110kg.
After few months of hitting reps with 55 i lifted 100kgx3. 105 doesn't even budge
240 Lbs
92.5kgx1
My strength is increasing rapidly. I will hit 100kg before 2023 or I will die.
5*5 50lbs plus barbell (idk if you guys count it as well)
not that good, but i am a 137lbs twink
Yes, you count the barbell.
Sitting on 175lbs x 8, 7, 6. Currently in a cut, last time I tried to get a spot dudes say no so I didn't try to go heavier.
235lbsx4
75kgx12
Im 68kg.
Idk like 275
92.5/204 x 3
Over 2pl8
Never tested 1rm
My working sets are with 95kg
100 pounds x 12 x 3.
Just started out. 6'1 male, 190 pounds. I already feel stronger since I started. Kinda invigorating.
183cm 80kg
80kg x 3rep
A lil past 2pl8 and this is what I got to show for it body wise.
Does anyone have David Laid’s DUP program for free? I wanna try it.
are you 7ft tall or where the frick is your muscle
I’m 6’0 190ish pounds. My muscle is non-existent unless I angle and light fraud and even then it’s not great.
22.5 kg dumbbells for 20 reps
but I'm a 65kg manlet
home "gym" can't put more weight on my dumbbells currently
145kg or 320lb at 95-100kg bodyweight
19 reps with 100kg because Im mental midget who couldn't get 20th rep.
over 30 reps with 85kg
90kg OHP PR.
Not enough, only 55 lbs
I'm working on it bros
Same, I've been able to do at max like, 15 kg, kinda sad
170lb, I've only been lifting about 9 months tho. Planning to get to 300-400 natty at my ideal build.

Training weight is 100kg x8-10, tried 125kg about a year ago for 1 rep, dunno how it is now. On good days i go for 110kg x5s
100 for 1 rep, a couple of months ago. I'll start benching again in the new year. Definitely was feeling a lot of pressure in my shoulder on my 100 kilo lift.
195 for 5, no idea what my 1RM is as I bench alone in my garage with no safeties.
I nearly died benching 50kg today
Fren. Today you bench 50. If it's actually too dangerous go a bit lower. In a few months you'll look back and laugh about it, king.
