245 flat and 205 incline right now. I don't prioritize it though. Dips are easier on my elbows. Old injuries and all that

Did 240X5 3 sets yesterday. I went full autists and bought plates down to .25lbs and I’ve been adding 1% to my bench every week for exponential gains until I hit 315x5

>3x8 flat bench flyes
>3x8 slight incline flyes
>3x8 incline flyes
pausing all flyes at the bottom seeing huge gains really quick
3-5 times a week I’ll do one of these on bench:
4x6 @ 225
4x10 @ 185
3x12 @ 135
4x8 @ 205
I’ll pick one depending on how I’m feeling that day. ORM’d 305 about 3 weeks ago.

Doing low incline for high reps. Trying to build muscle and low incline I get such a good contraction and burn it feels like my pecs are working.
Normal flat bench just doesn't feel as good.
Don't test 1rm's much.
