in general its okay to train legs once a month. i squat 3pl8 for 6-8. i basically just test my legs whenever i feel like i might need to hit them and make sure i can still squat 3pl8s. ive been training for over 10 years so im not giving you any blueprint here, just saying that its subjective. i like how my legs look with this training metholodogy. definitely not overpowering but maintaining athletic build and can run a solid half marathon etc.
A bit more, yes, since I've started taking creatine and eating more and working a desk job. But even at 145lbs I always had big legs. I also said I need to start lifting so that's why I'm here. I recently got a rack.
