Is it true newbie gains are like steroids? For example, if I am kinda skinnyfat, could I get visible muscle and a nice body in 3 months or no? I am not talking Schwarzenegger tier, I mean people recognizing I lift weights

newbie gains are so potent you should often quit just to maximize them
Yes you can, go 3-4 days a weeks for those 3 months and people will see a difference
Yes
Yes*
*=nice body to your parents and normies. you’ll still be DYEL on the internet
NEED a gf like that
Yes you will make the most rapid gains if you do things halfway correct.
But no, due to rampant body dysmorphia and IG frauding, you will still be "dyel". But look much better compared to your old self.
KEEP COping noodle arms youlooklike shit
I have GOT to mating press her while licking her feet
I did that last night
With your mom, fuck you gay!
There is no spoiler on fit you fool, so embarrassing…
Better to start today than tomorrow.
I dropped 10kg in 4 months and yes, it shows.
Conversely, if you've stopped for a while due to b-ACK pain and lost muscle (but stayed low bf) can you get newbie gains again?
Muscle memory is 100% a thing. Used to be a buff motherfucker but snapped my shit up real bad and stopped lifting completely for a year. After I started again I gained muscle way quicker than normal, exactly like other anons told me back then. Get those fucking gainz breh, just be careful. For example, I can't squat or DL but I just work around it and it's cool.
Can confirm. Same thing happened to me and when I started upping my protein and workouts I actually managed to put on muscle while losing fat. I was confused why my weight would not go down much for a while but I lost a couple of inches of waistline and my belt needs a new notch because it got way too wide for me.
What do you do instead of squat/DL? I can't DL and I haven't found anything that feels close.
how did you snap your shit? egolifting?
It's doesn't feel as awesome but yeah you can and should linear progress after quitting. You'll probably outrun the 15lb/week pace.
They're like recovering from a nutrient deficiency. The change is incredible but it can hardly be called an enhancement, you're just reaching what should be normal performance and learning technique.

wrinkly feet is ugly
female feet should be clean and smooth
A coworker just asked me yesterday if I started working out and that it shows and its been 4 months since i started. Although I was turbo skeleton before and have gained almost 30 lbs. 113 to 140 lbs FYI at 5'8" if you're curious
Bro if you gained 30lbs in four months that’s too much.
Almost all of that is gonna be fat.
Ya that anon is full of shit
I assure you I'm not. I understand this isn't an impressive physique but it is night and day compared to where I started 4 months ago. I have no pictures from before because I was embarrassed of my tiny body. I don't think I have gained an undesirable amount of fat.
To put numbers on skeleton progress
Squat 105 to 160
Deadlift 125 to 220
DB Bench 30 to 60 (when I started I failed with a 75 lb barbell and switched to DB out of embarrassment)
OHP 55 to 90
Pullups 3 max to 5 sets of 9
Cable rows 90 lbs to 140
You actually look pretty good tbh no homo bro, keep up the good work
this
mirin
Based, I wish I could do the same but I can't eat morer
I'm so fucking lonely bros
sauce
this took me a little over four months
you can either stay skinny fat or do something about it - your choice
I am unimaginably turned on by your image, and you have earned my attention and reply.
Newbie gains are mostly for strength, not for your looks or muscle size/definition.
You can lift a lot more than what you think, and it takes a while to figure that out when you get to a gym. First sessions are just learning form, and you'll do this with light as fuck weight. Then, you realise "hey, my form is good and I can do this for like 15 reps, what's the next step?", and you decrease the reps while raising the weight, until you realise what your max is - and this takes some time, during which you are making crazy ""gains"" in strength. At first you were barely benching the bar, and now you can lift 1 pl8?! Whoa, crazy newbie gains!
this, but newbie gains end at 2 plates or so not 1.
This is the kind of girl which man goes to war and kills for
I would totally go full Hitler just for her.
But instead of invading Russia, i would go for America
