Literally the best thing you can possibly eat. I personally eat them on triscuits, just have to count how many you eat. You can also eat them on a piece of bread, or by themself. I think they need some form of grain to make them taste godly.
If you are a Ketoshizo, then just eat them by themselves as you cry about it
the ones on the left are better with red pepper and olives imo. called meditteranean style p sure. either way still tasty and i usually have these as a side when i have eggs or something else
I like warming some corn tortillas and plopping some greek yogurt on them then putting the sardines on each. Would go well with some diced onion. But I also feel overwhelmingly full after that and can't eat it again for a few days.
buy better sardines. if you buy some 90 cents a can shit I'm not suprised it tastes like cat food. a can of nuri sardines with some toasted white bread is amazing on the other hand
I'm sure there are levels of quality but it always shocks me when people are so picky about food I mean basically I'll eat anything- fine dining, goyslop, organs, burnt stuff, raw stuff, meats, veggies, fish, greens, you name it (never ate bugs though [sorry chinks]) anyways I could count on one hand the number of things I've ever eaten that were just inedible for me maybe I was Brazilian in a past life or something.
They're fricking delicious - Smoked ones are my fave, prefer them over plain varieties.
Different brand. Some come out with a really weird consistency, not sure what's up with that. Its worth paying a bit extra to find a brand you like.

Just different palettes. Consistency and texture is what does it more often than not.
Pan fried with onion or garlic will take some of the bite out of the flavour, make it a bit more palatable for those who don't like fish - else, just have it on wholegrain toast.
Damn. I'm an idiot. When I forget to prepare chicken for my after workout I just eat peanut butter crackers. I should eat the damn sardines in my pantry. Thanks OP.

Same bro....its the perfect combo
avocado on toast with these on top, with plenty of lime and pepper is great.

The plain ones should be eaten with saltine crackers and crystal hot sauce
>He didnt get the kipper
Kipper is good but to dry imho. The whole sardines (not the sliced ones) are the way to go
What a champ I bow
Kippers are to fricking smokey imo...i tried one can the a few weeks ago and didn't even finish it.....but to each there own

I tried a tin of sardines once and it was like eating cat food. What are you supposed to do with them for it not to be so disgusting?

I like them on spinach and with some pickle and lemon juice.
Lately I've been having them with kimchi too.
Pro tip is rinse the can with a little soap before you throw it away so you dont stink up the place.
