I've always been skinny but after I had my appendix removed in 2018 my metabolism has gotten out of control which is such a load of bullshit because when my uncle removed his he gained like 30kg in no time

probably has nothing to do with the appendix, but rather the antibiotics they make you take while recovering, i was on a course of heavy antibiotics onceband it completely nukes your intestinal bacteria, some of which are help extra calories , there was a mouse study where they had a group of rats that were kept sterile from birth, and they didnt gain as much weight as the normal mice, even when given an excess diet designed to make them obese. if you are having a hard time gaining weight ,you should try just eating like a fat ass and see if anything changes(cheese burgers, bacon , potato chips , icecream ect.,,)

Yeah I'm the same way at the moment. I'm fat as frick but so long as my bodyfat percentage is staying mostly the same I'm okay with that. The mass I'm putting on is good muscle and this is a good bulk, I just started out super fat already so of course I stayed fat and am still fat. Knew that going in.
Frick me though being above 100kg again is not fun even though I have way less fat this time compared to before I started lifting and frauding. I'm definitely going to go hard on cardio when I start cutting and keep it up. It's fricking necessary if you want a walking around weight over 100kg that is comfortable to live in imo.

I used to be thin and had problems gaining weight, after I started counting calories I realized I was only eating 1800 calories a day, I just had a very low apatite
