take the grill pill you stupid c**t. i'm a recovering fatty but i've made huge gains in a short amount of time. i eat chicken break 5 or more days a week or lunch or dinner. it always taste delicious on the grill and all you have to do is portion out a few bags of it in cheap ass marinade once a week and throw it on the grill. feeling tired of it? Use hot sauce, or pull it apart into shredded chicken and put it in a high fiber wrap with some sauteed veggies.

What are these gay target macros? If you're gonna do 118g carbs on a cut you may as well drop it to keto levels so you can eat fattier meats. Makes things easier in my experience.

Sausage is mostly fat. Fish is fine but you're eating frick all in the way of fish. You need to eat more of it than a few bites. Eat like 150-250g of fish per meal multiple times a day and you'll be better off.
When I cook salmon I eat a lb or two of it per day.
Any and all research on recomps show the effect is so mild it basically doesn't exist. And only occurs in very untrained, overweight people or those on steroids.
But by all means spin your wheels for a few years and wonder why you're making no progress like everyone before you to try to recomp.

If you're really new, it may work. If you're on steroids, it may work. And if you're coming back after a long layoff it may work. Otherwise, dedicated mass gain and fat loss phases work better 9 times out of 10.
