If u don't already have them when pumped then only roids my friend. I have a pretty gnarly vein on my left delt that goes right from the top of where my chest ends all the way straight into the middle delt, had it since I was dyel
I got calf veins from calf pressing, I got bicep veins from supenated barbell rows and barbell curls, and I got hand and forearm veins from carrying lots of heavy shit
it seems the answer is to lift a lot of heavy shit all the time. Go for reps.
>Eat clean >Take 3g of salt pwo >drink a lot of water >If you're a beginner / little muscle mass: spend months bulking and gaining muscle, then cut to single digit bf% >If you already have a lot of muscle mass: lose fat up to single digit bf% >don't train like a powerlifter >do a lot of TUT, mind-muscle connection and everything bodybuilders typically do, training wise, anything that increases your blood flow to the target muscle >try blood flow restriction training
If all of the above fails to get you more vascular, it's just your genetics bro
Roids, moron.
I meant naturally
Testosterone is natural.
shove tadafil, arginine agk and citrulline malate in a beetroot-arugula-rhubarb juice and enjoy the best pump of your life
take roids, naturally
>roids to get shoulder veins
literally just lift
>work out for a few years
>get to low bf
roids, but where from? this is obviously the answer. gear. but nobody ever seems to give a hint as to how the frick they are procured
If you cannot find them you are too stupid to take them.
Im not very veiny but i got shoulder veins, even visible through t shirt when lifting. So i guess it’s genetics since im not all that lean
Have you tried actually training your shoulders? Besides doing a couple of five rep OHP sets once a week I mean.
Low bodyfat + pump
Veins are random. I have a faint delt vein even though I'm dyel

>genetics
>low body fat%
>vasodilators
>training to failure
>higher rep ranges
Also /fraud/ing
Veins are gross
I have shoulder veins and I'm not on roids also I have like 15%bf. Most visible ofc after a nice chest and shoulder workout
yeah roids or be born again not of the spirit
