Yes, I cosign this. I am over 50 and pretty lean. No one ever guesses my age. It is achievable. You just need special efforts to get rid of the spare tire. In my case I 1) sprint 3-4x a week, 2) eat relatively low carb, and 3) drink Apple Cider Vinegar.
As you age getting muscle is easy, getting lean is difficult. I don't know how Pitt always stays so lean, but it is impressive.
Good genetics, I remember in a joint interview they had and Jolie was seething and complaining she had to basically eat like a child to maintain her figure and Brad would just eat whatever his chefs put in front of him and he’d still be lean
