      Not hard, I'm over 45 close to 50 and never never touched a steroid. Lifetime natty. Have a full head of hair as a result.

      No one ever guesses my age correctly and almost every girlfriend I had up until 40 were 25 or younger.

      This photo is during a bulk, so I have about 10 pounds or so before my goal, but all things considering I still mog pretty much every guy my age unless he's pinning.

        Yes, I cosign this. I am over 50 and pretty lean. No one ever guesses my age. It is achievable. You just need special efforts to get rid of the spare tire. In my case I 1) sprint 3-4x a week, 2) eat relatively low carb, and 3) drink Apple Cider Vinegar.

        As you age getting muscle is easy, getting lean is difficult. I don't know how Pitt always stays so lean, but it is impressive.

          Good genetics, I remember in a joint interview they had and Jolie was seething and complaining she had to basically eat like a child to maintain her figure and Brad would just eat whatever his chefs put in front of him and he’d still be lean

    great genes and never stopping being fit, let me tell you im 40 and its hard to lose the spare tire, even if im in the best shape of my life underneath this 30lbs of extra fat, lifts wise, i can do more pushups now then when i was 20, can do all sorts of crazy handstand shit i couldnt do in college, but the belly fat is STUBBORN as hell Black folk
