    Oats and yogurt with orange or grapefruit for breakfast.

    Sandwich and 2 large carrots for lunch, sardines optional.

    Yam or cup of rice with greens/ brocc/ kale and 2 cuts meat for dinner or 2 filets white fish or salmon.

    Try to drink 2L water before each meal to make it easier, stop eating before 6pm.
