literally every single exercise involving core hurts my lower back
i'm pushing through it but for fricks sake i need something that will be more efficient
do you even know how fricking frustrating it feels when you're doing raised knee crunches and your fricking back hurts before your abs
I do. Keep at it, eventually you'll get abs. I am finally getting defined abs but my lower back is fricking killing me some mornings and days, literally can't walk. I'm working on fixing my anterior pelvic tilt.

Sound like you have a tight lower back, if you don't have any diagnosed back issues try some stretches. I did jefferson curls and modified kettlebell swings (when you swing down look through your legs) really helped me
Chances are your hips are fricked. I had this problem. Find a good chiropractor. Take the back cracking pill, I've limped into the office before and skipped down the stairs on my way out.
Imagine being this moronic. I’d see a witch doctor before a chiro. Same chance of actually helping, less chance of harm, and might be kind of entertaining
Work you abs and glutes
Stretch your back and quads
Gay stuff like cat & camel, planks and its variations (not for stretching but core strength), any kind of stretch you can find when googling "lordosis stretch" can help
weak willed homosexuals think they're permanently disabled cause their back cramped up after one set of squat. This is what's wrong with society you want a reason to stop, a reason to stop going, you must ascend any doubt, assume every person is someone trying to stop you from succeeding. There is a reason no one likes squat this is why you must love it.
have anterior pelvic tilt. nothing has solved it better than training for a marine corps pft
>pull-ups for reps, endurance/hypertrophy >planking regularly >some random chest exercise
unironically had me standing up straighter by end of summer. have a program that’s pretty extreme for anything other than a quick fix but if any anons are interesting will post in a dropbox or something
Brace the lower part of your abs from the bottom up
it feels like a corset
they are too weak to keep your pelvis normal just do 30s holds throughout the day
Don’t be a homosexual

Do supermans
LBE is better than Superman, but you should do both.
Cobra Pose stretching is also okay, but its more for the neck tendons than for the back.
>hurts my lower back
do stomach vacuums

Substitute an rollouts for Swiss ball plank circles. Easier on the back and easier to make the mind muscle connection with your abs/obliques

This homie is acting like a set of squats is some heroic shit
Squat heavy and do pigeon stretches
I fixed my anterior pelvic tilt and general posture just with
>reverse rows
>reverse lunges
>planks
I completely unfricked my posture by doing trap bar deadlifts

It can definitely cause neck pain. However, don't rule out other stuff.
