      If you want to be that shredded, there is not a routine or steroid cycle in the world that will get you to that point. That is 100% diet. Not 80%, not 90%, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT DIET.

      It doesn't matter that gay little exercises you do. If you want to gain that much muscle then we can talk about routine but your routine is basically pointless when it comes to cutting down to that bodyfat. And as a natty, you're going to lose so much muscle and be so tired once you get below 10% bodyfat you won't be able to so half the volume a lot of these incel DYELs will recommend
