          This. If you eat less you will lose weight. Period. Working out can actually be counter productive at first as it may make you hungry. Eating less isn't always easy, and I feel for people who struggle with this. But losing weigh is in fact this simple.

    Control your diet, calculate your TDEE, plan your macros, and then eat at a calorie deficit. you WILL lose weight so long as you are honest about everything that you eat and drink.
    Do calisthenics, they have low neurological impact and can be done pretty much every day. It's a meme but the OPM workout is decent for maintaining baseline muscle function and if you modify for isolation you can actually make gainz.
    Do some form of endurance cardio hiking is great as is swimming but if you don't have access to areas to hike or a pool / lake to swim in, just walk around your neighborhood. a one hour stroll listening to music, an audiobook, or a podcast will burn a couple hundred calories and accelerate your weight loss as well as build in a buffer for failing your calorie restriction.
    Plan to fail, no one is perfect and you will fuck up, it's a fact of life. the important thing is when you fall off the wagon, get back on immediately, don't take it as an excuse to fuck off for a few days, a week, a month, a year, the rest of your life.

    I've been doing nothing more than an hour's walk a day on average. I've lost 20kg or so just by counting calories with a 2k cap. Three to four months going.
    Once or twice a week it'll be two or three hours walk. For a while once a week I'd have a 3k calorie day. It's been a few weeks since I've done that though.

    You literally don't need a gym, an using not having one close as a excuse to not lose weight is ridiculous.

    Basically you just need to eat less, check the macros that you need and cut all the carbs you can. If you are a lazy fat fuck that can't do this, just stop eating sugar and processed food, eat just 2 times a day and you should be ok, but won't last long since there's high chances of you not getting enough nutrients depending what you eat.

    I lost a lot of fat through KETO in highschool but I also lost a shitton of muscle, that's what happens at a caloric deficit. I was so goddamn weak and I was skinny fat as fuck making me no more attractive. You have to exercise, buy dumbells or do bodyweight.

    45 minute walk in the morning 45 minute walk in the evening that's about 400 kcal for 5 miles if you weigh about 160 lbs. Maybe lifting or more active house work if it's a rest day, cardio if you do that. Then a deficit of 500 kcal. (don't log exercise on a cut none of the calculators do it right and you'll always wind up overeating if you do)
