How to skinmaxx? Posted on February 25, 2023 by Anonymous I want to have flawless, spotless skin so bad bros
Try IST. They should be experts on this.
IST is gayer than IST now
you can moisturise your body just like your face
just washing with water is cleansing hotter = more stripping
and soap is generally very stripping
showering colder so you don't cleanse too much, exfoliating, ofc get a loofah or smth, and moisturising
that's the 90% of it you can copy skincare for bodycare so just look up normal skincare for your body
Know any soaps that won’t wreck your skin? Do I even need soap
It's not the external that matters. It's what you eat
my skin is really good without trying
No more hot showers, only lukewarm or colder
You’ll see big results after a month
what does the hot shower do to cause skin issues?
I showered with cold/lukewarm water all my life and I have bacne
For some people (me) it causes really dry skin and also acne on my face
Warm water removes all ur skin oils making u really dry and also triggers the skin to overproduce after
How do you take it?
up the ass
My skin is shit, but it's less shit when I use decent soap in the shower.
Also no hot water for me
No added sugar, dairy, or alcohol. Limit refined grains. Exercise 3 times per week. Use relaxation techniques if stressed. Enjoy flawless skin.
>Exercise 3 times per week
I train more frequently than this but sure
>Limit refined grains
>No added sugar
You've gone too far

Dairy is the #1 thing that makes me break out. I live most of my life with literally 0 pimples besides the occasional surface level one when I'm careless about washing my sheets or touching my face a lot. Last week I ordered a burrito at my regular spot but forgot to nix the cheese like I usually do. Ate it regardless and the next day I get one deep pimple and two extremely pus filled ones that pop up out of nowhere. At least try it, man, and figure out if you're like me. Is dairy really worth skin for you?
I eat greek yoghurt, kefir, and whole milk literally every single day, sometimes cheese as well. Dropping all of those would remove like 800+ calories from my diet, and I don't know what I would put in to replace them (due to micronutrients etc)
>At least try it, man, and figure out if you're like me. Is dairy really worth skin for you?
Idk man, I'm torn on this one
Cut dairy only if you have a legit reason to do so lmao.
the experiment is show he would know
You speak like a retard.
i am still right
dairy only makes you break out bc youre lactose intolerant and it causes bacterial overgrowth in your intestine
the main factor in bad skin is bacterial overgrowth in the intestines and PUFA
stop eating PUFA first of all, this alone clears up many peoples skin problems entire
to cut down on bacteria eat foods that absorb very quickly
avoid anything with gums (guar gum, acacia gum, locust bean gum, etc), avoid eating too many vegetables, depending on your gut health you might also want to replace all the starch in your diet with sugar
eat a carrot salad once every couple days (just shredded carrots, dress with coconut oil, salt, vinegar) to clear out excess bacteria
also make sure youre getting enough vitamin a, acne is also often caused by vitamin a deficiency
best source is egg yolks or liver
Maybe he's lactose intolerant like me, then. I don't know why OP is so resistant to try out cutting dairy for a bit when it may very well be the root of his issue.
prob bc dairy is the single best source of macro and micronutrients and you can literally live on dairy alone
I'm still experimenting but not eating starches has really helped.
Is honey legit good as sugar replacement? Or is it a meme?
honey and sugar are both good for you dont listen to the fud
Honey is one of the healthiest substances on earth
Sugar and honey are the same, people are stupid. Like medicine, diet opinions fix surface level issues instead of curing the underlying systematic issues. If you're healthy you can digest milk, sugar, alcohol fine.
Unironically hit the sauna every day or do intense cardio and take a shower immediately after either. Preferably cold showers as to not dry out your skin. Then use lotion to moisturize. Sweating is by far the most effective way to exfoliate your skin and get all the diet and oils out of your pores. Literally there is not a single product that works better. The only caveat is that you need to rinse off your sweat after. If not it will just pool up with all that dirt and grime and clog your pores even more. When I was in my sauna 5 days a week phase I used to get compliments left and right about how clear my skin was.
Dirt* not diet. I’m on my phone sorry.
Will a regular sauna do or does it need to be a steam one?
Regular > steam. Really though it’s not about the sauna. It’s about making you sweat and saunas make you sweat like crazy. I like to hit the sauna for 15 min and take a shower directly after. At the very least just rinse off.
>bona-fide IST godly meme
He has attained legit IST meme-tier godly status for his flawless complexion and muscularity. Ngl.
legit looks the most like a greek statue than anyone else ive seen posted here
>That shoulder width.
Post body, crab
are you the guy always post in the body rate threads on /soc/?
For the love of God can you please tell me how to get laid on there?
Yeah ikr he's insanely hot. Fuuuaaark
looking like a double wide surprise...
G A W D D A M N
This dude is a bottom. 100%
you would know
>shave entire body
>Kojic acid soap
>mineral/baby oil right after shower before before toweling off
>moisturize entire body after and mix in small amounts of trenitonin as I do so
I ended up lasering off all my body hair because I get ingrown hairs when I shave
i'm getting laser done too on my upper arms, back, chest and stomach, but that's because I have good milkly white skin....from genetics.
Unironically this. Skin color plays a huge part in the "healthy flawless aesthetic skin" look and whoever denies this is simply just not white
>tfw hapa mutt
It's over bros
What color? If you're white, you may still have a chance in Japan. Also, your dick will likely be larger than purely asian competitors
I'm not sure If I would bother if I wasn't going for the paper white statue mode. And it's a matter of time before you realize there's no reason not to do the rest of your body
I'll do ass, cock and balls after. definitely not touching the leg or forearms.
>How to skinmaxx?
Stop eating goyslop, stop using drugs (this includes frauding), quit refined sugars, congrats you have nice skin.
HAND IT OVER
On another note, how to whiten skin without destroying your health?
>how to whiten skin
The meme methods are shit like sugar and lemon scrubs. Kojic acid soap and whatever they sell to korean women is a bit less meme and then real and fast result stuff would be whatever a cosmetic dermatologist will prescribe or advise you to use.
I don't really get why you would want to whiten all your skin, but my arms are more tanned than I want rn so I might use kojic acid and be more diligent with sunscreen to get them back to the shade I want, and then go to a nude beach a few times to get the rest of my body to be a little more than pure white.
Vitamin c, anti melanin pills, chamomile tea on your hair.
>anti melanin pills
>chamomile tea on your hair
What does this do?
> My skinmax routine
redpill me on copper peptides
i think copper is a enzyme cofactor for making collagen and elastin iirc.
For the skin care routine:
> AM Routine:
> Solid Cleanser
> Alphahydroxy acids encourage collagen growth
> Clears out toxins, free radicals
> Retinol alternative, more collagen
Moisturizer and Sunscreen
> Must have
> Buffet with Copper Peptides
LOTS of stuff, mainly random peptides and probiotics. Awesome product, sort of the 'kitchen sink'
> Night Cream
Sunscreen in a bottle
The chemical that makes salmon/flamingos pink... Keeps the thin fat layer intact in your skin, moisture in the skin
Red wine in a capsule. Antioxidant.
One of the fatty acids in the skin... Extracted from wheat (also in CeraVe products)
> Hyaluronic Acid
'fills in the skin'... Pretty common topical, but Jennifer Lopez swears by taking it
Thanks a ton king, you're a great guy
Redpill me on all of these
its japanese so you know its good
Why no Tretinoin?
> My skinmax supplements
What's your monthly supplement bill like?
Fellas I need some serious help with my hands. I work as an EMT in my state’s largest city and if I don’t want to catch AIDS I need to wear gloves, but wearing them causes this shit.
Dry weeping eczema and this isn’t even the worst it’s been, after having a couple days off they will heal but once I start working again and wearing the gloves and sweating the flare ups happen. Someone help.
What kind of gloves you have to wear?
The ones in the ambulance are made of nitrile and ones at hospital are vinyl, no matter what brand or material though I always have problems, same thing would happen with gloves at the restaurants I would work at
I am 220 lbs sir but yeah that hand looks fat as fuck lmao
Yes I have, they’ve helped out somewhat but sometimes the eczema will weep and just soak the glove liner in that spot, plus there are some really time time sensitive calls (like CPR) where I don’t have time to put them on before the regular gloves.
What cortisol cream would you recommend?
Do not use cortisol, it will thin the skin and after you stop using it that thing will quadruple in size. You need to fix the root cause, and the root cause is your gloves. Trying to fix the symptoms will leave you in and endless spiral, especially after the steroid cream
Bro you ain't working shit you look like you're 400lbs
he might be in burgerland. there's a horrid obesity problem here.
have you tried cotton glove liners?
bro use cortisol cream,
yes you will catch shit you don't want
why not treat the underlying source of inflammation causing your excema? try an elimination diet. go carnivore or "lion diet" if you're serious about figuring out what's causing the flare ups.
how do i get rid of back acne and the scars from old ones?
-Tretinoin everyday before bed, cover with hydrating cream
-cleanse face and apply SPF hydrating cream upon waking up
Rest of body; alternate between:
-Tretinoin mixed with hydrating lotion after nightly shower
-Cerave SA lotion on whole body after nightly shower (SA lotion is an exfoliating lotion so you have to slowly build up your routine if you want to use it with tretinoin)
would it be a wise idea to hop on tretinoin if im 19 even if i dont suffer from acne
ive heard it helps way more than any skincare product
It's never too early to start tret. It's also never too late to start tret.
cool, ill see if i can get a derm appointment even if it takes several months, i need to see one anyway for something else
can i just straight up ask for it and ill get a prescription?
also ive heard its really strong for people who dont use moisturizers or something, and since splashing my face with water is basically all i do, should i worry about breaking out or something?
I didn't bother with Rx. I buy it online (highstreetpharma).
Moisurizer with SPF is obligatory. Start slow. First week mix pea sized amount with moisturizer and apply only once per week. Next week apply twice per week. Then thrice per week etc. Even then you'll purge. Your skin will get red, flaky and dry. Purging without break outs is possible but I wouldn't count on it. I would just go straight for the 0.1 % tret and apply half a pea sized amount. GL
oh awesome, i thought it required a prescription
does it matter which brand? cheapest i found was the a-ret gel by menarini
>Moisturizer with SPF
any recommended brands, preferably something i can find in store?
and i would assume apply in the morning? would showering before affect it?
sorry for the questions lol but thanks for your help
oh another question lol, i know not to use it on eyelids but what about the skin below the eyes? ive got some slight dark circles under the eyes and was wondering if it would fix that too
Impossible to fix.I've tried for 20 years
is that jeff cavalier lmao
nice, thank you for all your help
those circles have been a huge motivator in fixing my sleep schedule recently
I use it on eyelids, under the eyes, around the eyes, etc. It reduces pigmentation and texture. It works, yes.
It does require a prescription, but I didn't even bother with my doctor because I doubt I would get a prescription. I use a-ret by menarini. It doesn't really matter which brand as long as the active component is tretinoin. I use menarini because it spreads nicely. I use Cerave facial moisturizing lotion with 25 spf. Would like 50 spf but the 50 spf creams I tried didn't suit me. I tried la roche posay 50 spf and it dried out my skin too much. The Cerave one above is very soothing and hydrates nicely and it works for me because I get less sun exposure than most (you can always apply more cream anyway). Apply only at night on a clean face before bed. Your face should not be wet or damp, but you shouldn't intentionally dry it out. You should apply it at night because light inactivates tretionin (supposedly your skin more readily uptakes tretionin at night as well but I didn't look too much into that aspect). You shouldn't apply tretinoin on damp skin because you'll get too much inflammation.
is me btw
lol i dont get much sun either, but thanks, ill definitely be picking that up
>light inactivates tretinoin... shouldn't apply on damp skin
oh damn, thanks for the warning
why this instead of just retinol?
You won't reach supraphysiological levels with retinol
Sauna is the best thing you can do to get great skin.
Drink plenty of water, 2 litres a day minimum
Avoid excess sun exposure
Avoid alcohol or anything that dehydrates you
Massage is good and keeps skin firm
Supplements do jack shit in my experience, focus on keeping skin hydrated and regular sauna’s keep skin clean
Acne is mainly a spiritual problem. I find if i do good deeds for my fellow man, my acne slowly disappears.
I have terrible Keratosis Pilaris all over my upper body and honestly it makes me feel like shit. It feels like a waste to even work out when my skin will always be dogshit. Plus I have other permanent skin conditions which generally make me look disgusting. At least a tshirt covers 90% of it.
As long as you're not brown (vitamin deficiency/you'll need sunlight), you could move up to the far north and wear tight long sleeve shirts most of the year.
I already live in a northern shithole, so we’re fine on that front. I don’t have much of it on my forearms so it’s not that bad to wear a tshirt. Most of the time I wear at least a light jacket or hoodie anyways.
I would really love to see a picture of your skin, anon, please
Isotretinoin is your friend.
>Higher saturated fat intake, lower linoleic acid intake
>Red light therapy
>Copper peptide GHK-Cu injections
>Methylene Blue topical and oral
is that cum on your back?
