    I was at the ballpark from 8:00 this morning until 5:30 and I ate like four hot dogs and three hamburgers and maybe half of my youngest son's nachos after he threw a fit because he realized there was cheese on them like halfway through.

      Probably on the upper limit for how quick you want to be losing. An average of 1-2lb or 0.5-1kg per week is generally a sustainable healthy rate to lose.

      For those of you that don't understand the joke. The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Frick and Suck".

    Pretty good. Lost a little over 10kg since the start of the year.
    Lifts have stayed mostly stable, well, I've had to drop my reps but the weight has stayed the same. Except pullups, doing them with a full plate now.
    If I've hit 94kg (6'4") tomorrow then I'll start bulking again.

        No idea. No commonly available method of bodyfat estimation is reliable enough for me to bother with it.
        I've got good separation of the different heads of the delt and quad, and a flat stomach with pronounced adonis belt and maybe a faint hint of a six-pack in the right light

            Around 16-18% based on that pic. I'd say I'm a fair bit bigger than the 15% or 20% guys though.

    Lifts are going up I figured my diet out so my metabolism is about the same as bulking and it seems like I'm gaining muscle mass even though I'm well aware it's just a pump.
