I was at the ballpark from 8:00 this morning until 5:30 and I ate like four hot dogs and three hamburgers and maybe half of my youngest son's nachos after he threw a fit because he realized there was cheese on them like halfway through.
Probably on the upper limit for how quick you want to be losing. An average of 1-2lb or 0.5-1kg per week is generally a sustainable healthy rate to lose.
For those of you that don't understand the joke. The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Frick and Suck".
Pretty good. Lost a little over 10kg since the start of the year.
Lifts have stayed mostly stable, well, I've had to drop my reps but the weight has stayed the same. Except pullups, doing them with a full plate now.
If I've hit 94kg (6'4") tomorrow then I'll start bulking again.
No idea. No commonly available method of bodyfat estimation is reliable enough for me to bother with it.
I've got good separation of the different heads of the delt and quad, and a flat stomach with pronounced adonis belt and maybe a faint hint of a six-pack in the right light
I will be using my 5'5" 180lbs fatass to try building some strength for another month or two. God I am so fricking unbelievably weak, extreme sedentarism for a decade really fricked me.
When I reach a point where cutting is fair game, I will just
Lifts are going up I figured my diet out so my metabolism is about the same as bulking and it seems like I'm gaining muscle mass even though I'm well aware it's just a pump.

Jesus, what were you doing?
Playing golf, obviously
Also I forgot to put sunscreen on my legs and they are absolutely roasted from knees to ankles.
down 15lbs in 6 weeks, thanks for asking
I've lost 20lbs in 7 weeks, I don't know if that's good progress or not.
Yeah that's good
A good healthy rate
Are you sick?

Hasn’t started yet. Starts in 6 weeks, am trying to lean bulk until then and gain 3 lbs or less
>trying to lean bulk
Make sure you are eating only clean dirty food to minimax your catanabolic window for maximum gain losses.
I've dreamer bulked too many times, I'm not falling for it again
Why would your eating disorder be specifically at a restaurant? Like, if you go home and you no longer have the eating disorder, what is the problem?

>down 20lbs
>lower body is stronger than before I started, bench is the same
Better than expected
>5'11 ~163 pounds probably over 15% body fat
I'd like to get as close to 12% as possible before I travel in 6 weeks. Is it possible? I'm already down from 167
I'm 6'2, 171lbs and am also still fat all in my legs makes no sense.
WHAT THE FRICK IS A CUT
It's where you starve yourself and lose all of your gainz
couldn't be me
Cut down on body fat
I’m 6ft tall and went from 165lb July last year to 139lb now
I escaped skinnyfat and now I’m just a skelly

What BF% are you currently at?

Around 16-18% based on that pic. I'd say I'm a fair bit bigger than the 15% or 20% guys though.
Down 10kg.
Lifts have mostly stalled but at least I'm not really losing strength.

Hell yeah brother I started in late Feb and I'm down 5. Shirts r fitting real nice and I'm starting to see seperation between muscle groups.

to get this cut done in a flash.

Squat bench dead and ohp
As well as height and weight and estimated BF%?
Never mind about last post, I see you've already posted your height and weight.
What are your numbers for squat bench dead and ohp and estimated bf%?
