I actually just wasnt benching before. I was just doing push ups for chest. Mainly do two days a week working out cause i work a slightly strenous job. So im working out there too lifting boxes and stuff. But its different so.
But one day is upper body day then one day lower body. Then sometimes a arm day once every ten to twelve days. I only just started working out in november. Before that i was doing physical therapy stuff and walking alot. I had some injuries and stuff. Not to go into it cause itd take a while. But also 190 200 is my main body weight anyways. I lost about 30 pounds of fat walking like i said. Then when i started working out in November when the therapy ended. I just stopped walking all the time and lifting and doing workouts. Mainly two times a week cause of the job.

you probably won't listen but bulking as a natty is a slow and delicate process, you only need 200-400 kcal of surplus, not fucking 2000. not to mention you don't need to bulk to gain muscle in the first place. you are already a fat fuck, so stop before you regret it.
