Yeah and also it's probably a cheating one.
That's why i train weighted pull ups with added my own bodyweight so I could pull someone with me if that ever happens.
It will probably won't happen though lol
1 muscle-up. And cliffs would have a very uncomfortable edge that will also challenge grip strength. 99% of people are fricked in a hanging off the cliff scenario
Do them with assistance. Get to like 6-10 reps per set. Slowly use less and less resistance. Eventually get good enough to stop using resistance. You now can do like 8 of them
Also lose weight. Losing 5 pounds can really affect your pullups
Incorporate negatives. Try to do as many pull ups as you can, don´t worry about sets or reps, just focus on total volume. When you´re confident you can´t do anymore pull ups, then do some slow negatives. Like 3 sets of 5 or whatever. Negatives really helped me increase my number of pull ups. Was stuck on 2 sets of 5-6ish for ages now I´m on like 3 sets of 8-10 depending on the day.
in a survival situation such as falling off a cliff you would only need to realistically need to do 1 pull up to get back up.

2 ring pullups.
but will i actually get gains from doing sets of 2?
Do enough sets.
how many is that
Try stabilizing yourself by flexing your core and glutes.
Christ gymnasts have really great arms. They're very short and have zero legs though and women don't care for arms in all honesty.
only the ring specialists but yeah
>women don't care for arms
cap
Dk man but from my experience they care more for abs, frame, shoulders. Maybe that's just me dunno.
Just you
Most of them love arms
Most of them LOVE forearms

Chinups, you can probably get an extra rep or 2.
are ring pull ups harder than bar pull ups?
If you hold the rings in the correct position like the guy in the op, yes. If you let them twist into a neutral grip then no.
The triality of man
No they're not. If anything they're easier because you can slightly adjust your wrists as necessary.
Yes because of instability.
try lifting weights instead rings a meme pushed to keep you dyel why do you think that cliff israelite is in every thread about them?
do 10-12 sets of 1 a day until you can do 3. This is like exactly what you want to do greasing the grove for.
