    Better than average. If you want to get good at them fast then do a few sets of one spread throughout the day. Like every time you walk past your bedroom do a pullup. You'll be doing 5 pullups after a month

    isn't the best way to get better to use those leg strap things that help pull you up? then lose them as you get better
