>eating well
>workout everyday
>bad bowel movement
>go for a whole week without shitting before some get released
>ask for advice
>more fiber
>eat more fiber
>it got worse
>no shit for almost 2 weeks
>Can’t even eat anymore
>take laxative and endure the shit storm
>take laxative every 3 days to feel normal
I don’t want to keep taking laxative bros…

    My friend recommended cod liver oil (available easily at target near vitamins or whatver). Swear the first poop after, it came out almost black. It was frightening. But like, it really cleans you out.

      Fermented foods AND fiber are the key to gut health. Get a kefir culture for a start, you just need a bit to start then you just feed it milk. Look into other fermented foods as well.

      I try to change it but here’s the common day
      >breakfast
      3 boiled eggs
      >lunch
      50g of raw white rice ( cooked )
      400g chicken breast
      50g mixed vegetables
      Sometimes add sauces
      >dinner
      3 scrambled eggs
      1/4 fat free cheese
      >snacks
      Some peanuts or
      25g rolled oats cooked with a tbsp of peanut butter
      I usually skip the snack because I don’t have time
