I didn't say it would take you fifteen years. If you're skinnyfat you're probably one year of lifting away from looking great.

I'm 5'9", my whole diet is raw meat/organs/egg yolks, fruit, and occasional white rice. About 2k calories a day.
1000-1500 calories
Mostly protein

Well, losing 1kg per month is too little. You're supposed to lose 2kg/month just from a deficit of 500 cals

500g plain full-fat yogurt for breakfast and a banana
lunch is pasta with whatever sauce of your choice
dinner is a lean protein with vegetables, or beans
no snacks
i walk ~10,000 steps a day and work out 3x a week

i used to but now i know how much i need to eat to lose weight
generally i eat 600 calories of pasta which is 125 g and a sauce around 150 calories
dinner is a bit lighter due to mainly being protein + vegetables
i base my calorie intake on how i feel at various times of the day. if im hungry at 11 am and 4 pm and 9 pm, im in my proper deficit for the day.

I'm 5,8 at 73 kg, I eat mostly eggs with butter in the morning with 2 glasses of milk, usually midday i eat about 100-125 grams of nuts or things like nuts. For dinner i usually eat red meat, fish or chicken. I take about 80 grs of protein each day and my calorie intake is about 2500 kcal, I go to gym 5 times a week. Im not gonna post my body but most people mire how quick i grow but my body is not muscular or anything. I used to be so weak that is why i grew so fast. Been going to gym about 2 years but second year i had to work so only 2 months are actually spent working out.

Actually im not excactly bulking because i just go between 76 kg and 71 kg that is a cycle i just decided to do, idk even why i do it but if i get to 76 i drop my intake to 2000 kcal and if i get to 71 i increase it to 2500 kcal. Let me greentext to explain my first year

For last two months all i can say is best workout is chest/back, biceps/triceps, shoulders/legs; 3 days gym 1 day rest. But everyone is different. Btw i never did deadlifts or squats. And about my diet what i explained before was my usual diet NOT what i eat all the time. Things to be noted is i smoke and drink alcohol 1 times a week till i get wasted.
