You need to learn how to periodize your training. Take a deload week then do 6-8 weeks of strength training. Then another deload week and 6-8 weeks of volume accumulation at higher rep ranges. See how you feel then. Don’t program hop per se but you do have to intelligently change things up and plan it out.

I'm partial to a Torso/Limbs split for a 4 day per week split. It fixes all the issues with Upper/Lower

I do a 5 day week:

>Tue pull
>Wed leg
>Thu rest
>Fri push
>Sat pull+leg
>Sun rest
Maybe replace second push, pull and leg with ine fullbody
Do only push and pull, deadlift on pull squat on push ezpz
Mon + Thurs: upper
Tues + fri: lower
Simple as.
