      A lot. You'll lose weight fast if you do that. I wouldn't weight train though. Lose the weight first and then start weight training and eating properly.

      this was my approach around march and it was starting to come off fast. i only wanted to incorporate weights because i was gifted a dumbbell set but maybe i'll hold off.

        Op do a 20 minute light run everyday when you first wake up. Heart rate 130-160 is ideal. Don't eat until dinnertime and you'll shed fat during the day from your run
