Op do a 20 minute light run everyday when you first wake up. Heart rate 130-160 is ideal. Don't eat until dinnertime and you'll shed fat during the day from your run

A lot. You'll lose weight fast if you do that. I wouldn't weight train though. Lose the weight first and then start weight training and eating properly.

The thing that interests me most about the people still dating in their 30's is that both men and women decry how undesireable the other sex is while still maintaining that they deserve better options.
