OHP should be the most bang for your buck with delts.
Dumbell Bench for the chest and tris.
Weighted chin-ups for back and bis.
Leg curls for the hams.
High bar squats for the quads.
Idk I'd save them for when I really really need to kift something. Otherwise I would lay someone else to lift things for me.

You think you can't build big ass front deals with a big ass bench? Also the rear and middle delt lag behind anyways hence its better to have an additional pull. OHP is low yield. Also where the frick did my post go?
