I like how deadlift feels more, but squat probably does more over all.

    Deadlift.
I hate to admit it but I injured myself squatting (minor injury) but mostly was fricking sick of starting every lift with squats. I took a break on them and holy shit that almost 4 months ago. I hated them and it’s made me look forward to lifting much more but in the new year I’ll start them again at least by adding them to a new leg day I’m considering.

Neither, both useless ego lifts and modern bodybuilders don’t do them so I don’t need to either.

DLs do nothing for hypertrophy and squats destroy your back and big legs are gay.

Conventional deadlift, I mean, I'm ok with doing leg extensions and curls but what could I even do to hit my lower back and spinal erectors with the same intensity as deadlifts? 2 million reps of back extensions?
