    Bulking gives the best OHP. Not sure how tall you are, I dirty bulked from 215 to 235 in just over a month and my OHP shot up 35lbs

    analyze your failure point, figure out what muscles contribute to that spot and then figure out what exercises to do to fix it.

    I have a 185lb OHP but only a 240lb bench @ 210lbs.... my shoulders always hurt, why am I such a weak ass bitch IST
