It isn't I have to eat 1200cal a day to lose weight, that's 1 meal, I feel like fasting would be less painful if I can just make it to the 3rd day

Listen to this guy OP. I followed the directions in the fat loss general thread and got a TDEE of 2050. I'm 5'8" 176 at 24% body fat, there's no way you're over 1800 following the same methodology.

Fixing your posture while bracing the core would honestly be the biggest immediate fix. You can think of relaxing the core as the same as relaxing/slouching your back. Like good posture (standing upright with a neutral spine, shoulders back, chest up), the goal isn't to be flexing 24/7, but for everything - including the core - to be active and supporting a stable neutral position

Assuming your nutritional intake is equal fasted or unfasted, no it won't really make any major difference. The top three factors in dieting for both bulks and cuts are about: calories #1, macros #2, micros #3. Go look up YT vids about fasting from channels like Jeff Nippard or Renaissance Periodization or whoever if you want more details
Cardio. That's what you want. Do 12-3-30 or some similar cardio routine you can be consistent with.
