i'm a fat sedentary moron that decided to lift recently
i'm 198 5'9", any tips?
i've been trying my best to do a mile every day with 2 minute, 4 round heavy bag routines for cardio

IDK if you want my tips as I am very average.
I do at least 1.5 hours of cardio a day, some days up to 3 hours.
Mostly riding my bicycle to work and walking my dog.
I only get to the gym twice a week in average. 95% of my routine is free weights. I use resistance bands for my shoulders. I like dumbbell variations more than barbell variations generally speaking.
elaborate on how you got those delts, please.
About 1 year of programming Arnold press, followed by 1 year of programming OHP.
Now the only thing I do for shoulders is resistance band lateral/front raises and Lu Raises with plates

Literally nothing wrong with eating carbs
If you want to be fat and get heart disease there isn’t. Every carb is empty calories. Every. Carb.
But this is me and I eat LOTS of carbs.
I even wrote on the sign to eat carbs. I have a resting heart rate of 48-52 and I'm in the top 5% of VO2 max for my age/sex.
In other words, my heart is healthy.
