what's the problem with that if you have a small home gym?

        Anonymous

It's almost always cope and the people who say it are never dedicated enough in their home workouts to actually make any improvement. There's nothing wrong with working out at home, I love that shit, but there's something about that specific excuse that rubs me wrong. It's something like, "My ego is incapable of being seen as weak, so I will stay weak promising future improvement with no change in behavior".

          >My ego is incapable of being seen as weak, so I will stay weak promising future improvement with no change in behavior"
Literally me for years. You just have to accept that you are weak and look like shit, and are not fooling anyone by not even trying

I've been dedicated to my home gym for almost 2 years now. I just didn't go to a commercial gym because I didn't see no point in traveling to the gym and paying all the extra money when I can workout at home.

Paraphrasing from probably the most pathetic video I’ve ever seen. Can’t find it anymore but it was some stick thin currycel who uploaded a video called like “Incel blackpill” and it was just him whining for 10 minutes and making an excuse for every thing people have suggested for him. I wish I could find it again just to laugh at how pathetic he was.

Yeah I am watching what I eat nowadays, I really hate exercise but diets are easy *eats 3 doughnuts after lunch the next day* oh yeah its been a hard week but I'll get on the ball for new years, ive already applied for a year long membership to the gym, just to get me in the zone you know while im on the treadmill but for now ive got some weight loss pens in the fridge (they were expensive haha!) but ive not used them yet as Im unsure if I want to inject anything
