I’m eating a salad right now. It’s mostly octopus, with some cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper, and some olive oil. It’s delicious and I don’t give a frick if you think it’s unhealthy.
Of course you cook it you barbarian. I cook the octopus for 15 minutes in a litre of home made chicken broth in my pressure cooker. Afterwards I use the broth for soup (it comes out purple and extra dank), and I chill the octopus in the fridge. Later I prepare the salad and eat it cold.
Why do you use a pressure cooker anyway? An air fryer does most of what a pressure cooker does, but better. The pressure cooker would be good for soups though.
There are so many variables to salad. Like a motherfricking potato could be healthy if you weren't turning it into french fries. you know what man I hate you.
