I disagree with it. Sometimes fat plumps out skin where otherwise it might be starting to sag a little, that's it. I would say being too lean is the least of your concerns when thinking about aging. I'm pretty sure the fatter you are the more likely those horrific double chins and the like are going to come to you. Then over the years you get fatter and fatter as metabolism slows down. No way man, I say stay lean if you can, only have the weight you do have to build muscle and to satiate you.

I'm just a lousy med student near graduation, not some medical scholar, but to me that claim sounds less substantial than it wants to sound. There aren't really all that many signs of organ function that would be significantly different for a healthy 18 year old and 40 year old and if they are, it doesn't necessarily mean one is better than the other. Human body doesn't degrade linearly, your organs generally function just fine until something pops up and creates a problem or you're very old and shit starts falling apart. So his bragging about the age of his organs will be relevant in his 80s, not now.

        >No he doesn't the average 45 year old man is balding and obese. He mogs most 25 year olds.
Rubbish. I'm nearly 38 and I can tell you with certainty he looks exactly 45. I mean just look at the picture even - look at the facial skin of his kid vs his facial skin. Upper bodies get covered a lot by most westerners so they don't face aging from the sun, extremely common to see unblemished skin. It's actually uncanny how EXACTLY 45 years old he looks. There are lots of people who look a few years older or younger, he definitely does not look younger than 45. Now keep in mind this is a few pixels we're seeing, all these blemishes become magnified as you get close up, which I'm all too aware of at even my own age - not that young people don't have blemishes also, the point is that even with this small level of detail you can easily tell how older he looks.

Average 45 year olds bald and obese? I wish. Balding is purely genetic, it has nothing to do with looking after yourself. Plenty of people have a full head of hair at 80. As for obese - some pack on the pounds, large amounts do not and are normal weight.

It's less accurate to say "he looks 30 at 48" and more accurate to say "most 48 year old men are balding, fat and have a drinking problem". On this basis, he mogs the shit out of them.

Like, look at Vince McMahon. He's 78 but roids and looks really good for his age. I've met 63 year old soibois who were so out of shape for their age I thought they were in their 80s.

This reminds me of an anecdote I once read. In the USSR in the 30s there was a whole institute dedicated to deaging via blood transfusion. Basically they would transfuse blood from young members of the communist party to old members to try and make the latter young again. There was a lot of similarly moronic shit done in the USSR (google Lysenko), but this stood out to me. Can't believe there are people nowadays who fall for the same pseudoscientific bullshit

All rich people invest heavily in longevity. Shilling against it is poorgay cope. Not that there isn't a whole lot of scam and moronation in it, but everyone should DYOR on optimal rates of micros, general longevity supps, healthy habits and stuff like peptides or full blown roids. Chances are your body will start falling apart at some point and you can definitely control/influence to a certain degree and with reasonable resources. If you don't prepare for it at all, you're a legit moron and should simply leave IST.

          Anonymous

First off, you won't find many reliable info or even studies on anything. You'll have to to DYOR and experiment and see whether some weirder supps are worth it to you. I heavily recommend you start with pirating a PDF of 'the 4h body'. It's old, but it still has some very good ideas you can use as a starting point. Also try to find a system for micro nutrient optimization, I use a german one (Dr. Feil) for mitochondiral optimization, which is sadly not available in English. It boils down to a heavy supplement stack, that you shouldn't be put off by. Rather try to understand it and how much you can get from your food.
Also found this stack on Manuel Bauers (bodybuilding coach):
          >Daily anti aging
          >to be taken in the morning on empty stomach
          >50mg Pregenolon
          >50mg DHEA
          >1g Vit C
          >1g NAC
          >500mg Reservatrol
          >500mg Quercetine
          >wheatgerm (I guess ~25g) for spermidine

Also his mitochondria stack, without dosages
          >Omgega 3
          >Creatine
          >Carnithine
          >magnesium
          >Q10
          >alpha-linolenic acid
          >Reservatrol
          >taurine
          >vit D
          >vit B complex
          >selenium
          >zinc
          >ribose

If you do some digging, you'll realize that you can get a lot of the stuff from a GOOD diet, hence why such a diet is considered 'good' in the first place. But then supplementing the stuff might be worth it, if such a diet isn't sustainable imho.

Also take a look at tb500 and bpc157 (there are more peptides, need to do more digging) and ask /fraud/ for anti aging. And MOST IMPORTANTLY I think ever single famous american is on HGH and TRT at the very least.

Also also, I recommend looking into anti neurodegeneration. There is barely any decent info on it, but for example creatine and iirc tb500 might be worth it.

This sounds autistic and like supp shilling, but it's not like you need to get on everything right now, just that you start looking into it.

no, he doesn't. you don't know any 35 year olds if you think this. 35 year old men are usually hard to differentiate from people still in their 20s. meanwhile this guy looks OLD, and that's with optimal bodyfat and he's dyeing his hair. imagine him with gray hair and still saying he looks like he could be in his 30s. actually I know a guy who IS in this late 30s and already gray, and looks nowhere near as old as this multi-millionaire, health optimization addict.

I'm 32 right now, always been good at guessing people's age, and there are late 20s and mid 30s guys who look the same age, sometimes it's even reversed. how are you not aware how differently people age? some women hit the wall at 20, some never. for men it's similar. some guys go bald or gray in their 20s, some never. some guys keep getting more muscular throughout from 20 to 40, others peak at 25 despite working out the whole time. some guys get wrinkles at 30, others at 50.

                >how are you not aware how differently people age?
Except I am. Biggest age goblin is stress yet nobody talks about it. It's not cigs, booze, drugs, it's stress
Couple years back people thought I am mid 20s. I aged 7 years in 2. It wasn't genetics, it's life fricking me over.
I am aware of men looking real fine in their 30s. I also did...
But you not arguing in good faith. You not even willing to admit that most women age like trash and completely disgusting by the time they 32.
Also most men are as young as their hair let's them.
Plus the wrinkles stuff is heavily deoendent on lifestyle again. Working outside? Sun? Stress job? Hate your life? No family? Solitude? It's not just genes and drugs and booze. There are million factors. I knew people going grey and wrinkly I a year when their family members died.

                >Hate your life? [...] Solitude?
I've suffered my whole 20s from this and I look 25 at 32. Actually I think solitude keeps people younger.

I still looked fine up until 31, then the whole world fall on my head and rekt me.
You over 30,your regeneration is slowing fast... And there are things you can't control. Now I'm trying to regain some of my youthful look but reverse might be not possible, only preservation.

Anyway this rich dude looks fine. It's dishonest to call him 50 and other bollocks and he is the only rich bastard willing to share his research. If anything we should applaud him

Gay skin obsessed gays recommend it on YouTube. Doc gave it as tret alternative. It's an anti acne gel working as anti wrinkle cream and makes you sensitive to sun (like tret I guess) so you gotta be religious with sunscreen or else you will do more damage than good.

Google it and report back. Unfortunately I can't report on my experiences as I started using 1 week ago, got it a year back...

I've been on it for over a year and it's a godsend for my acne. I use a .3% concentration (you can buy .1% in the store) every night in addition to doxycycline and my acne has completely cleared up.

I also wash my face with salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and a micro exfoliant. Use moisturizer and a good quality sunscreen and you're set.

90% of skincare is bullshit beside tret and sun protection. Even most Vitamin Cs aren’t stable and don’t work.

If you're under the age of fifty, you'd be better off grasping the low-hanging fruit (Zone 2 cardio, non-moron diet, excellent sleep, weight training) and focusing on earning as much money as humanly possible, so as to be able to afford effective longevity treatment as and when it becomes available.

In almost all circumstances, the game theory answer to achieving life extension is earning more money.

The funny thing is how these test work. Generally you're expected to have a certain level of degredation at different ages due to how the average person lives their life. This includes tobacco, alcohol, and drugs, eating absolute non stop goyslop to the point of prediabetes.
Simply not overdoing it with the above will show a age much younger than your actual age.
