I disagree with it. Sometimes fat plumps out skin where otherwise it might be starting to sag a little, that's it. I would say being too lean is the least of your concerns when thinking about aging. I'm pretty sure the fatter you are the more likely those horrific double chins and the like are going to come to you. Then over the years you get fatter and fatter as metabolism slows down. I look about similar (though less muscular) and I'm 52. I was still getting carded to buy booze until a few years ago. And frankly I tasted my body like shit until about age 40.
>You're not gonna look like that at 45
Half the people in my family look like that at 55. Its not some unattainable distant goal. The guy looks like shit for his age.
>He looks 35
He doesn't look 35, if I had to guess I would even say he looks more like 50 than 45. The only people I know who look that old at 45 are smokers who eat like shit. Thats what this moron paying millions of dollars for his sons blood looks like.
>He looks 35, but according to health checks many of his organs function like they are 18-25.
I'm just a lousy med student near graduation, not some medical scholar, but to me that claim sounds less substantial than it wants to sound. There aren't really all that many signs of organ function that would be significantly different for a healthy 18 year old and 40 year old and if they are, it doesn't necessarily mean one is better than the other. Human body doesn't degrade linearly, your organs generally function just fine until something pops up and creates a problem or you're very old and shit starts falling apart. So his bragging about the age of his organs will be relevant in his 80s, not now.
Excellent point, I was about to say that's what I'd me most interested in, but I couldn't be assed to check how old he is and at 40 year old it wouldn't be God knows how amazing for him to have little to sclerotic plaque. Again, would be more telling when he's like 60.
You learn big Pharma propaganda and outdated israelite bs because science now not about what's true or not, but prestige and power.
What you learn in your medical school is literally useless trash.
Ofc you wouldnt get any of the shit his high tech team is doing. You still playing with copper tools and stones and call yourself an intellectual because the only thing med school teaches is inflating your ego.
There are many ways to measure relative organ age and function. It's just not the trash inhuman 3 minute commerce procedure you trained to do on goycattle.
>No he doesn't the average 45 year old man is balding and obese. He mogs most 25 year olds.
Rubbish. I'm nearly 38 and I can tell you with certainty he looks exactly 45. I mean just look at the picture even - look at the facial skin of his kid vs his facial skin. Upper bodies get covered a lot by most westerners so they don't face aging from the sun, extremely common to see unblemished skin. It's actually uncanny how EXACTLY 45 years old he looks. There are lots of people who look a few years older or younger, he definitely does not look younger than 45. Now keep in mind this is a few pixels we're seeing, all these blemishes become magnified as you get close up, which I'm all too aware of at even my own age - not that young people don't have blemishes also, the point is that even with this small level of detail you can easily tell how older he looks.
Average 45 year olds bald and obese? I wish. Balding is purely genetic, it has nothing to do with looking after yourself. Plenty of people have a full head of hair at 80. As for obese - some pack on the pounds, large amounts do not and are normal weight.
Why should I care? He looks like his face is half plastic. He looks exactly his age.
Poor guy that spends his life on a mission to live longer, and meanwhile forgets to live.
[...]
He looks like he's in his late 30's but I can't get over his weird body type and unaesthetic muscles. There's something off about him that I can't quite put my finger on.
He's got those weird middle aged guy wrinkles
It's less accurate to say "he looks 30 at 48" and more accurate to say "most 48 year old men are balding, fat and have a drinking problem". On this basis, he mogs the shit out of them.
Like, look at Vince McMahon. He's 78 but roids and looks really good for his age. I've met 63 year old soibois who were so out of shape for their age I thought they were in their 80s.
So what if he doesn't live to be 150, he'll at least be one of those fit old guys banging 50yo ex-playboy models when he's 85 before he random breaks his hip and dies the next day of a 'mysterious infection' the Indian doctor who doesn't wash his hands totally can't figure out.
It's not about looks, it's about health and longevity. He's probably much healthier than you despite being much older.
You're not gonna look like that at 45
He looks like he's in his late 30's but I can't get over his weird body type and unaesthetic muscles. There's something off about him that I can't quite put my finger on.
No, it's something about his eyes and his muscles are genuinely unaesthetic in most pictures and videos you see of him. It might be due to his vegan diet.
I don't see what's morally wrong about that. I mean, he's a homosexual, but it's not like donating a bit of blood each year would harm his son in any meaningful way.
you people can consent to give their blood to someone else right? Not that I'm a big believer of this snake oil bullshit, but there is absolutely nothing wrong in asking for blood transfusions
Honestly, his kid doesn't mind. And frankly being poor is a way worse thing to do to your kid than asking him for some blood once a month, lol. In the big scheme of things his kids are probably objectively better off than being raised by a lemming.
He's putting his own blood in grandpa, so it's like social security.

This reminds me of an anecdote I once read. In the USSR in the 30s there was a whole institute dedicated to deaging via blood transfusion. Basically they would transfuse blood from young members of the communist party to old members to try and make the latter young again. There was a lot of similarly moronic shit done in the USSR (google Lysenko), but this stood out to me. Can't believe there are people nowadays who fall for the same pseudoscientific bullshit
Where do you get hgh? It's impossible to source legit one, if it is legit it will spoil by the time you get it.
Plus this person's goal is not just look ism but age reversal. You might look younger due to hgh but not much healthier and might stresses your organs further.
All rich people invest heavily in longevity. Shilling against it is poorgay cope. Not that there isn't a whole lot of scam and moronation in it, but everyone should DYOR on optimal rates of micros, general longevity supps, healthy habits and stuff like peptides or full blown roids. Chances are your body will start falling apart at some point and you can definitely control/influence to a certain degree and with reasonable resources. If you don't prepare for it at all, you're a legit moron and should simply leave IST.
First off, you won't find many reliable info or even studies on anything. You'll have to to DYOR and experiment and see whether some weirder supps are worth it to you. I heavily recommend you start with pirating a PDF of 'the 4h body'. It's old, but it still has some very good ideas you can use as a starting point. Also try to find a system for micro nutrient optimization, I use a german one (Dr. Feil) for mitochondiral optimization, which is sadly not available in English. It boils down to a heavy supplement stack, that you shouldn't be put off by. Rather try to understand it and how much you can get from your food.
Also found this stack on Manuel Bauers (bodybuilding coach): >Daily anti aging >to be taken in the morning on empty stomach >50mg Pregenolon >50mg DHEA >1g Vit C >1g NAC >500mg Reservatrol >500mg Quercetine >wheatgerm (I guess ~25g) for spermidine
Also his mitochondria stack, without dosages >Omgega 3 >Creatine >Carnithine >magnesium >Q10 >alpha-linolenic acid >Reservatrol >taurine >vit D >vit B complex >selenium >zinc >ribose
If you do some digging, you'll realize that you can get a lot of the stuff from a GOOD diet, hence why such a diet is considered 'good' in the first place. But then supplementing the stuff might be worth it, if such a diet isn't sustainable imho.
Also take a look at tb500 and bpc157 (there are more peptides, need to do more digging) and ask /fraud/ for anti aging. And MOST IMPORTANTLY I think ever single famous american is on HGH and TRT at the very least.
Also also, I recommend looking into anti neurodegeneration. There is barely any decent info on it, but for example creatine and iirc tb500 might be worth it.
This sounds autistic and like supp shilling, but it's not like you need to get on everything right now, just that you start looking into it.
I figured he was some kinda narcissistic nut job but if you listen to his philosophy it's actually interesting. Not saying I buy his whole shtick but he has some compelling arguments about why he does this.
he's getting spammed as rage bait for culture warriors
why wouldn't you attempt to extend your healthy lifespan?
of all the stupid shit people go all Guiness world records for, this is actually one of the sanest and the lessons learned will assist medical knowledge above and beyond mere longevity
I also don't get the death fetishests - if you don't want to live forever, top yourself when you're done with whatever the hell you think you're here to do
>I figured he was some kinda narcissistic nut job
I thought the same but realized he's doing a personal experiment that will most likely be of help to medical science. That's a lot less narcissistic than all the celebrities and billionaires who spend ten times more purely on materialistic things
This man is afraid of being an old man watching his son enjoy his youth.
The way I see it, it's no different from crazy mothers sabotaging their daughters out of jealousy
he started his RESEARCH project 2 years ago, of course he isnt going to reverse his age in by a significant amount in 2 years. But he is really healthy
>But he is really healthy
I doubt it
he looks like a normal 45 year old
my dad looks better than him at almost 60 and he sneaks a can of dip every now and then and eats candy in the middle of the night while sleeping like four hours
>my dad looks better than him at almost 60 and he sneaks a can of dip every now and then
I love these claims. Post that ugly goblin if you dare.
Let's see the halfwit.
>reverse his age
Doesn't happen. All you can do is slow it down.
This woman was 46 years old at the time of this photo and didn't have to suck the blood of her kin to look young.
>that one cherrypicked person is genetically advantaged and that means any effort towards anything in life is pointless
One day I'll find you, skin you, pour salt upon your wounds while keeping you alive for as long as possible.
>One day I'll find you, skin you, pour salt upon your wounds while keeping you alive for as long as possible.
lmao only the weirdest kids that stunk like shit ever thought this kind of talk sounded tough or scary
>a lot of his health metrics are about measuring blood markers >he's literally injecting his son's blood
dude is just kidding himself with these "I'm so young according to these measurements" claims. never seen somebody be so afraid to die.
Clean shaven is such a failo after 20, let alone 30 and 40. He would mog everyone his age HARD if he grew his facial hair for 2 or 3 days (no more than that, leave full beards to coping chinlets) and got a non-lesbian haircut.
Supplement cucks are always losing to genetics chads. Its the natural order of things. I know people who smoke, drink, eat like shit but look much better than him at his age or even older. He's a miserable worrying bastard concerned about every facet of his life, trying everything, having literal youthful blood shoved into his veins and only to look like a trailer park methhead of 53 years old.
Genetics chads will be guzzling beer watching fox news and benching 3 pl8 for 12 reps at 65 while guys like this are in their walkers at 55 shuffling to the next 2 million dollar blood donation.
I love the seeth the person generates. He lived a high stress life, has children, your bum ass uncle that has the iq of a goldfish and literally not capable of complex thoughts might age better, but he will still fall apart by 50 and die by 75max with this trash healthcare system.
Meanwhile this dude is gonna look the same 30 years later and probably lives long enough to achieve even more longevity and age reversal
>your bum ass uncle that has the iq of a goldfish and literally not capable of complex thoughts
lol at the idea of a common businessman having complex thoughts. and im laughing even harder at him looking 55 at 45 while paying 2 million a year for this shit
no, he doesn't. you don't know any 35 year olds if you think this. 35 year old men are usually hard to differentiate from people still in their 20s. meanwhile this guy looks OLD, and that's with optimal bodyfat and he's dyeing his hair. imagine him with gray hair and still saying he looks like he could be in his 30s. actually I know a guy who IS in this late 30s and already gray, and looks nowhere near as old as this multi-millionaire, health optimization addict.
>35 year old men are usually hard to differentiate from people still in their 20s.
moron alert. Stopped reading after that you legit brain damaged or troll.
I'm 32 right now, always been good at guessing people's age, and there are late 20s and mid 30s guys who look the same age, sometimes it's even reversed. how are you not aware how differently people age? some women hit the wall at 20, some never. for men it's similar. some guys go bald or gray in their 20s, some never. some guys keep getting more muscular throughout from 20 to 40, others peak at 25 despite working out the whole time. some guys get wrinkles at 30, others at 50.

>how are you not aware how differently people age?
Except I am. Biggest age goblin is stress yet nobody talks about it. It's not cigs, booze, drugs, it's stress
Couple years back people thought I am mid 20s. I aged 7 years in 2. It wasn't genetics, it's life fricking me over.
I am aware of men looking real fine in their 30s. I also did...
But you not arguing in good faith. You not even willing to admit that most women age like trash and completely disgusting by the time they 32.
Also most men are as young as their hair let's them.
Plus the wrinkles stuff is heavily deoendent on lifestyle again. Working outside? Sun? Stress job? Hate your life? No family? Solitude? It's not just genes and drugs and booze. There are million factors. I knew people going grey and wrinkly I a year when their family members died.

what? I'm absolutely willing to admit that.

I did mention baldness and graying.
>Hate your life? [...] Solitude?
I've suffered my whole 20s from this and I look 25 at 32. Actually I think solitude keeps people younger.

Same except I had that shit since 15.
I still looked fine up until 31, then the whole world fall on my head and rekt me.
You over 30,your regeneration is slowing fast... And there are things you can't control. Now I'm trying to regain some of my youthful look but reverse might be not possible, only preservation.
Anyway this rich dude looks fine. It's dishonest to call him 50 and other bollocks and he is the only rich bastard willing to share his research. If anything we should applaud him

Gay skin obsessed gays recommend it on YouTube. Doc gave it as tret alternative. It's an anti acne gel working as anti wrinkle cream and makes you sensitive to sun (like tret I guess) so you gotta be religious with sunscreen or else you will do more damage than good.
Google it and report back. Unfortunately I can't report on my experiences as I started using 1 week ago, got it a year back...

I've been on it for over a year and it's a godsend for my acne. I use a .3% concentration (you can buy .1% in the store) every night in addition to doxycycline and my acne has completely cleared up.
I also wash my face with salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and a micro exfoliant. Use moisturizer and a good quality sunscreen and you're set.

90% of skincare is bullshit beside tret and sun protection. Even most Vitamin Cs aren’t stable and don’t work.
Niacinamide is shown to help even out skin tone and is an antioxidant. Wont anti age you tho.
Dr Dray on YouTube is the best to watch on skincare in my opinion.

If you're under the age of fifty, you'd be better off grasping the low-hanging fruit (Zone 2 cardio, non-moron diet, excellent sleep, weight training) and focusing on earning as much money as humanly possible, so as to be able to afford effective longevity treatment as and when it becomes available.
In almost all circumstances, the game theory answer to achieving life extension is earning more money.

Stick to brawn. Brain is not for you.
This guy is being taken advantage of. >Oh yeah let us run all these super scientific tests and studies >Hmmm according to the results of these very real biological age markers, you're actually 30 years old
The funny thing is how these test work. Generally you're expected to have a certain level of degredation at different ages due to how the average person lives their life. This includes tobacco, alcohol, and drugs, eating absolute non stop goyslop to the point of prediabetes.
Simply not overdoing it with the above will show a age much younger than your actual age.
look at his skin tone. yellow like a corpse. i have perfect age guessing skills. i m never wrong, i could guess the age of mummy without radio carbon. women fear me. this gay is 54 years old, he fricking lying about his age. what a fricking homosexual.
U have bad forehead wrinkles because I wrinkle it a lot. How to fix this? I'm only 30. Botox my only chance? Numb it down, treat it for a couple years and it might recover?
>low IQ gays still arguing about how old he LOOKS
it's about how old his organs (etc.) are. sure he'll look wrinkly by the age of 90, but e.g. his bone density will mog yours to death and beyond

Average 45 year olds bald and obese? I wish. Balding is purely genetic, it has nothing to do with looking after yourself. Plenty of people have a full head of hair at 80. As for obese - some pack on the pounds, large amounts do not and are normal weight.
unblemished skin on the upper body* At least from this level of image detail.
He looks like he's in his late 30's but I can't get over his weird body type and unaesthetic muscles. There's something off about him that I can't quite put my finger on.
Photoshop.
No, it's something about his eyes and his muscles are genuinely unaesthetic in most pictures and videos you see of him. It might be due to his vegan diet.
If you use your own child's blood to try to extend your own life I hope you suck the business end of a pistol.
I don't see what's morally wrong about that. I mean, he's a homosexual, but it's not like donating a bit of blood each year would harm his son in any meaningful way.
>it's not like donating a bit of blood each year would harm his son in any meaningful way.
There's evidence donating blood improves health
What israeli blood bank told you that?
You absolute fricking ghouls
you people can consent to give their blood to someone else right?
>If you use your own child's kidney to try to extend your own life I hope you suck the business end of a pistol.
He should eat the aborted baby from his wife, quick nobody tell him that is the secret to youth and not some homosexual supplements
>2 milly to look like a mid 45
just use trt and hgh in controlled doses you dunce im 38 and everyone tells me i look 30-32
Where do I even get trt?
american or latin american? plenty of feel good doctors out there if not:
Isn't HGH super expensive?
Where do you get hgh? It's impossible to source legit one, if it is legit it will spoil by the time you get it.
Plus this person's goal is not just look ism but age reversal. You might look younger due to hgh but not much healthier and might stresses your organs further.
>forget to live
fat Black person cope here
He himself said he has never felt better
hes on too something seeing all these shills
>hes on too something
All rich people invest heavily in longevity. Shilling against it is poorgay cope. Not that there isn't a whole lot of scam and moronation in it, but everyone should DYOR on optimal rates of micros, general longevity supps, healthy habits and stuff like peptides or full blown roids. Chances are your body will start falling apart at some point and you can definitely control/influence to a certain degree and with reasonable resources. If you don't prepare for it at all, you're a legit moron and should simply leave IST.
>general longevity supps, healthy habits and stuff like peptides
Qrd please?
First off, you won't find many reliable info or even studies on anything. You'll have to to DYOR and experiment and see whether some weirder supps are worth it to you. I heavily recommend you start with pirating a PDF of 'the 4h body'. It's old, but it still has some very good ideas you can use as a starting point. Also try to find a system for micro nutrient optimization, I use a german one (Dr. Feil) for mitochondiral optimization, which is sadly not available in English. It boils down to a heavy supplement stack, that you shouldn't be put off by. Rather try to understand it and how much you can get from your food.
Also found this stack on Manuel Bauers (bodybuilding coach):
>Daily anti aging
>to be taken in the morning on empty stomach
>50mg Pregenolon
>50mg DHEA
>1g Vit C
>1g NAC
>500mg Reservatrol
>500mg Quercetine
>wheatgerm (I guess ~25g) for spermidine
Also his mitochondria stack, without dosages
>Omgega 3
>Creatine
>Carnithine
>magnesium
>Q10
>alpha-linolenic acid
>Reservatrol
>taurine
>vit D
>vit B complex
>selenium
>zinc
>ribose
Advanced autism
Going to sleep, not stressing, eating well and exercise mogs the entire list
what about combining with 48h+ fasts every now and then for "stem cell therapy"? getting in the habit of doing that seemed to have cured my arthritis.
>bllodboy isn't underage
I SHIGGY DIGGI DO BAP BI BAP BAP OOOO
He just looks 45 with a bad tan
I figured he was some kinda narcissistic nut job but if you listen to his philosophy it's actually interesting. Not saying I buy his whole shtick but he has some compelling arguments about why he does this.
he's getting spammed as rage bait for culture warriors
why wouldn't you attempt to extend your healthy lifespan?
of all the stupid shit people go all Guiness world records for, this is actually one of the sanest and the lessons learned will assist medical knowledge above and beyond mere longevity
I also don't get the death fetishests - if you don't want to live forever, top yourself when you're done with whatever the hell you think you're here to do
If you have faith there isn't a reason to spend so much effort extending your life
>I figured he was some kinda narcissistic nut job
I thought the same but realized he's doing a personal experiment that will most likely be of help to medical science. That's a lot less narcissistic than all the celebrities and billionaires who spend ten times more purely on materialistic things
Cronus ate his children out of fear, not greed
that is Saturn not Chronos. But your point stands
This man is afraid of being an old man watching his son enjoy his youth.
The way I see it, it's no different from crazy mothers sabotaging their daughters out of jealousy
he still looks “old” though
he started his RESEARCH project 2 years ago, of course he isnt going to reverse his age in by a significant amount in 2 years. But he is really healthy
He probably kept using several thousand dollar protocols way before he started this strict routine
Let's see the halfwit.
>you don't want to dox your father on a Mongolian rice trading subreddit so you're lying
My dad looks 20 years younger than most people his age and hes 69 (nice). The trick to not aging like milk is to not be addicted to drugs and alcohol.
>reverse his age
Doesn't happen. All you can do is slow it down.
This woman was 46 years old at the time of this photo and didn't have to suck the blood of her kin to look young.
>asian
doesn't count.
Yeah, all she needed is the power of photoshop
op pic is photoshopped too and he still looks 45.
No it's not
okay bryan.
>that one cherrypicked person is genetically advantaged and that means any effort towards anything in life is pointless
Its pretty hardcore ngl, im scared
>wanting to prolong your stay on Planet Prison
I'll never understand this. Surely it's evil doers trying to avoid their fate?
I can't afford $2 million per year
good for him, would do the same if I was filthy rich but I'm poor so I don't care.
No one tell him, he looks like shit. Good enough for his age, but no one agrees what he's done is paying off how for how much he's invested.
>a lot of his health metrics are about measuring blood markers
>he's literally injecting his son's blood
dude is just kidding himself with these "I'm so young according to these measurements" claims. never seen somebody be so afraid to die.
Clean shaven is such a failo after 20, let alone 30 and 40. He would mog everyone his age HARD if he grew his facial hair for 2 or 3 days (no more than that, leave full beards to coping chinlets) and got a non-lesbian haircut.
that’s why he’s age coping. he can’t grow a beard
>and got a non-lesbian haircut.
yeah I'm not sure what he's going for there.
This homie does [1]spend 24 hours 7 days a week into de aging so he may live longer so he can [->1]
I love the seeth the person generates. He lived a high stress life, has children, your bum ass uncle that has the iq of a goldfish and literally not capable of complex thoughts might age better, but he will still fall apart by 50 and die by 75max with this trash healthcare system.
Meanwhile this dude is gonna look the same 30 years later and probably lives long enough to achieve even more longevity and age reversal
>your bum ass uncle that has the iq of a goldfish and literally not capable of complex thoughts
lol at the idea of a common businessman having complex thoughts. and im laughing even harder at him looking 55 at 45 while paying 2 million a year for this shit
>looking 55 at 45
... It's impossible to argue with these pajeets I'm good faith. The avg 45 year old looks disgusting. This dude looks 35
no, he doesn't. you don't know any 35 year olds if you think this.
>You not even willing to admit that most women age like trash and completely disgusting by the time they 32.
what? I'm absolutely willing to admit that.
>Also most men are as young as their hair let's them.
I did mention baldness and graying.
>Hate your life? [...] Solitude?
I've suffered my whole 20s from this and I look 25 at 32. Actually I think solitude keeps people younger.
>I've suffered my whole 20s from this and I look 25 at 32.
If anything we should applaud him
Take tret
Tretinion cream? Couldn't get it prescribed. Got differin gel instead, it's said to be just as good but it makes me sun sensitive and I'm not trusting suncreams much so Im hesitant to use it.
You can get it prescribed easier by online dermatologists
>online dermatologists
Not really a thing in israeliterope. Gonna need a better doc.
>differin gel
Red pill me on this, I doubt it has the studies to back it like tret does, but I’ve never heard of it
Gay skin obsessed gays recommend it on YouTube.
Use moisturizer and a good quality sunscreen and you're set.
>salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and a micro exfoliant
Pls spoonfeed me on these. I got some starting wrinkles, acne scars, uneven shit, I guess sun damage. I wanna make all this shit disappear.
Also anon id recommend taking collagen for your health in general, vitamins most important for skin are
Vitamin A retinol
Vitamin C
B3 niacinamide
Zinc
Copper
K2
D3
Vitamin C is easily gotten in your diet and from a multi
>doxycycline
Serious question, have you noticed any improvement in other areas since taking that? I'm interested if you noticed anything since taking it.
he definitely looks 50 though. I don't care how much moisturizer and hair dye he uses, he looks 50+.
Pls post what the avg 45 year old looks like where you live
He got blessed genes and it's a hbo production. Professional setting all around hard to get a peek into the details...
Not that anon, I would say something like this this. So he has clear blemishes, but he's also got some shards of youth to him that is gone by 55 or 60.
Based and redpilled.
>And there are things you can't control
you can control it trough careful planing/research and discipline
he's not the only guy in the race getting good result either but I like his focusing only on rejuvenation for time thing
thinking about researching more on the longevity topic for a year and then try a "let's spend 2 years of my life on turning back the clock" plan. Even if I don't get as dramatic results it still be very worthwhile
So unironically, the red pill to every question, every theory, women, society, relationships, happiness... was to be rich all along?
in a way but, also say hypothetically that you underwent a 2-3 years routine to undo 8-10years of damage, all your life and money goes there too and while I haven't done the full research yet but most money sinks(booze, gays, weed, etc) seem to be incompatible anyway
>mind over matter bullshit
Stress is a meme, I don't see how one's thoughts and the way their brain operates can affect the physical nature of a person. Someone going out in the sun will get uv damage and therefore facial wrinkles but someone stressing about a breakup or job loss cannot possibly affect their physical body
>I don't see how one's thoughts and the way their brain operates can affect the physical nature of a person
look up "hormones"
wasn't there a study showing mice aging faster when having access to food all the time vs the group that ate in the end about the same amounts but only had a 1h/day feeding window?
>some women hit the wall at 20, some never.
Stick to brawn. Brain is not for you.
This guy is being taken advantage of.
>Oh yeah let us run all these super scientific tests and studies
>Hmmm according to the results of these very real biological age markers, you're actually 30 years old
The funny thing is how these test work. Generally you're expected to have a certain level of degredation at different ages due to how the average person lives their life. This includes tobacco, alcohol, and drugs, eating absolute non stop goyslop to the point of prediabetes.
Simply not overdoing it with the above will show a age much younger than your actual age.
And still he looks exactly 45, especially in videos. What a moron.
He would look much better if he wasn't a vegan.
Why spend 2 million dollar on supplements and vegan food when he can just eat high quality meat and get some t injections instead?
Only meat?
no, but I'm sure replacing some of the vegetable slop with good meat would help a lot
He looks like an old woman with a dyel male's body.
that picture looks great for one of those weird ass sojak templates
I thought David Sinclair was the main anti-aging guy. Does Bryan Johnson mention him in his experiments?
Also 45
look at his skin tone. yellow like a corpse. i have perfect age guessing skills. i m never wrong, i could guess the age of mummy without radio carbon. women fear me. this gay is 54 years old, he fricking lying about his age. what a fricking homosexual.
how old is your early onset schizophrenia
>$2 million a year + bloodboy
>for THAT
OH NO NO NO NO
U have bad forehead wrinkles because I wrinkle it a lot. How to fix this? I'm only 30. Botox my only chance? Numb it down, treat it for a couple years and it might recover?
anybody here take metformin for aging? I started taking it due to weight control reasons, but I heard age homosexuals take this too
>I started taking it due to weight control reasons,
Holy shit bro you're a fricking type ii diabetic why the frick you pulling this shit fatty fat
I am not fat or diabetic, using it for recomping
I think it's mostly the vegan thing that's his major blunder. He looks weird and malnourished and not any younger.
>vegan thing
Hes a confirmed moron then if his goal is longevity. No reason to not eat high quality animal protein.
How do you claim to be vegan and then inject your child's blood
His child only eats plant based diet. His blood is vegan
>low IQ gays still arguing about how old he LOOKS
it's about how old his organs (etc.) are. sure he'll look wrinkly by the age of 90, but e.g. his bone density will mog yours to death and beyond
>teenage son
>looks like a clone
Strong genetics.
Lol just starve yourself 4 days for month and drink colagen and you will be okay
>Guy spent 2M to look like his age
If anything this news made me felt better about my frivolous spending
is he a worm?
getting some earthworm jim vibes looking at his pink head/neck and white body.
He looks exactly 45 years old, just a healthy one.
He has 45 year old saggy body
>Spending 2 million a year when he could just become a necromancer and live forever.
Only the ones whom are doomed in sleepwalking live seek to prolong this madness. One keeps his path as a duty to others and in hope thru blind thrust that God looks over us and His judment is fair.
>Only the ones whom are doomed in sleepwalking live seek to prolong this madness. One keeps his path as a duty to others and in hope thru blind thrust that God looks over us and His judment is fair.
wise
Is there a reason why this guy is posted on here daily?
Vegans need to fixate on someone to shill their starvation cult, considering 90% of vegan Youtubers have quit it already.
Broccoli and pumpkin make his skin look older. That makes you skin more yellowish and dry.
But it's very healthy for you
He is 45+ and at sub 9% bodyfat. Ofc his face looks older but of he gained 10kg you couldn't tell his age at all.
I know fat disgusting boozing smoking morbidly obese white trash over 50 without wrinkles, only because they so fat the fat fills out their wrinkles, maybe even acts as a defensive layer on their ugly faces.
Would you homosexuals be fat without wrinkles or a fit athlete level homosexual with a couple lines?
I love how shit this guy looks lmao I will laugh when he dies of aids in afew years MUH 150 year old projected age lmao brian is a total gay.
Level of medieval alchemists.
>spend 3 million a year
>so youll be a 45 year old man with the face of a 45 year old man and the body of a 30 year old man
Was it really worth it?
couldn't he just get a fricking facelift or plastic surgery instead?
This makes the case for making your white daughter as a blood donor
