If you're skinny fat you shouldn't bulk, that would make you fatter. You should consume fewer calories than you burn, ideally 10 to 12 times your bodyweight in lbs. So you can lose bodyfat, and by exercising you'll gain muscle. Be patient, it will all eventually work out for you. Good luck, brother.
I've read all arguments about it, why one should X when skinnyfat. I tried to supercut.. didnt work. Tried to maintain for 5 months. Didnt work(Stalled on strength real fricking quick) so now im just gonna go frick it mode if I'll end up fat and strong I'll take it. Its been 2 years of no progress because I didnt bulk.

It didnt work in terms of building muscle. I didnt get stronger, or if I did it was veeeery slooow. Barely any progress in 5-6 months. Stalled on 1pl8 bench for example.
I'm eating 2400-2600 calories a day right now, 150g fat, 100g carbs 152 protein. (same shit everyday) and gaining around half a kilo.
I have the typicall spiderarm potbelly fat look caused by SSRIS/fricked hormones.

0.3g - 0.5g fat per pound of bodyweight
fill the rest of your calories with carbs
if you aren't gaining weight then bump the calories up a bit
You exercise enough? Also: macros. Don't consume too much proteins, carbs or fat. Moderation and exercise are key.
Exercise 4 to 5 times a week, have at least 2 rest days. Don't overtrain a certain muscle/group of muscles, give them muscles the rest they need and deserve. I don't think I have any more to add to this.
It’s about right. 0.5% gain per week is ideal though. Don’t go above 90-92kg though if you’re starting out. That starts to be just fat. You want to be at most 18% at the peak of your bulk.
This may not work for everyone. I was always skinny fat and I had to bulk at first because I had virtually no muscle. I kept plateauing at 1pl8 bench until I started bulking
