Is it possible to build big arms with just calisthenics? Posted on February 1, 2023 by Anonymous Is it possible to build big arms with just calisthenics?
Big? No not necessarily
But toned and better looking than a typical person’s arms, yes
get to 3 sets of 10 of single arm pull ups than tell me again about small arms
sorry didnt know i was talking to a gay
>t.gay with small arms
For a while in college I was in a situation where I worked out at a calisthenics park. I saw people doing all that dumb shit, single arm pull-ups, flag poles, etc. impressive as hell but before they started doing that shit you wouldn’t be able to tell they worked out at all, looked completely DYEL tier
Only person there who looked somewhat big was a roided out Hispanic who also did a full bodybuilding workout at an actual gym before coming to the park
This is the same logic as
>If you want a big back get your deadlift to 5pl8
Which we know doesn't work because so many have tried
That is a man
>hip to waist ratio
Yup. Either a dude or just weird Celtic genetics.
Our women are made to plow the fields. Truly
I thought for sure it was a man too, but finding her twitter: https://twitter.com/StopTweetingMia she's actually just a very unfortunate looking woman. (Still an OF whore too boot)
That's a transwoman
why is it not begging for attention by putting it in it's bio?
Gasp. It's a human being and not one of those etrannies who live online and fuck tentacles on OF to afford a studio apartment then complain about how fucked the world is
he does have an OF though
Ouch. I guess they are just an echud
Gross. I knew he was ugly, but didn't know trannies are starting to lie now.
Its a dude, even says "clock her" on a post.
play a neo classical bass line RIGHT NOW chud
Dips and chin ups
F R I D G E M O D E
Depends on how far you take it
Not really. Even if you've worked up to one handed pullups and handstand pushups, you've effectively peaked. More reps at one weight will only get you so far. And it won't be far enough to look big in a shirt.
It's way harder to do and you have to make a lot of form adjustments. Like when you're doing chinups you have to lean really far back and try to pull the bar to your eyebrows instead of your chest. You can also do this with a horizontal row too if you're not strong enough for that. Triceps you can do with dips with a more vertical torso and diamond pushups pumping out the bottom half of the range of motion only. There's also ring curls and ring tricep extensions but those are just okay at best.
Looks like Marc Bolan
No, not really. There are some decent tricep exercises but hitting your biceps is pretty much impossible, it's best just to isolate them with weights. The only part of your arm that will consistently grow with calisthenics are your forearms
>t. weighted calisthenics for 2 years
>but hitting your biceps is pretty much impossible
Lmao, fucking retard. These ar the people giving fitness advice here.
>gives you huge triceps out of nowhere
Weighted chinups for biceps.
you would fuck anything resembling a woman shut the fuck up coomer
Yup. 6'4 btw so you gotta imagine a small person for scale. When flexed my cep is as big as someone's head.
I only do chinups and pushups and lateral raises
Looks nice on the photo but could look smaller irl, have you measured your arms?
bro who u trying to fool
