          its based on the idea that before the creation of synthetic steroids, doctors used to prescribe burn victims to eat 3 dozen eggs per day to give them a mild steroid boost and help them heal their burns faster.

          i dont have experience doing the whole 3 dozen 8 week cycle, but i have plenty of experience eating a dozen per day and i feel great when i do it.

                I had once bought an egg seperator but sometimes the yolk would fall through or even break on a little edge so now I just use my hand. Don't quote me because I'm not a hundred percent sure but I don't think it's the yolks that can get you sick only the whites. Either way I've been eating eggs forever and never got sick once

      Been eating 30 eggs for 7+ months, now it’s just an uncomfortable diet plan to save time through out the day. Also like the idea of making a necessary need uncomfortable, I think it enhances the little things more in life.
      For breakfast and lunch I eat 10 eggs, one banana and half a liter of milk with protein powder.
      For dinner 100g of rice or pasta with 300g of meatballs and 10 eggs.

          I feel great, I felt better during summer. have a very unhealthy relationship with winter, doing better than my last winter.

          I know it’s not placebo cause if I compare my blood work my test is higher than last winter and was higher this summer than last summer.
          So apparently my testosterone falls tremendously when weather hits the minuses, dropped from 1140 to 830 this year, last year without the eggs dropped from 860 to 610. Same with free testosterone.
          I still feel tired but don’t feel that depressed
          Does someone have any tips to survive the winter better? My test falls about 20-30% immediately after the cold hits and it always makes me wanna just sleep through out winter like a bear.

                Just that through out all my years of trouble and getting help from doctors I was never told about this and then some random anon drops actually helpful knowledge.
                For example if I’ll take part of this sunlight room therapy and it helps then you have actually saved my life cause since I’ve been 16 and more or less independently been working to reach my life goals every winter I have taken a few steps back from the progress that happened during summer cause I’m depressed, anti social, tired and unable to actually do anything productive

        Also I’d like to add that make sure you get your eggs from organic free range farm and go visit them, make sure that they have proper facilities and outside area is sufficient. Also see what they are being fed. After the first month of eating 30 eggs I found a girlfriend whose mother raises chickens, now during winter I buy them on bulk from a free range organic farm cause my girls mother’s chickens don’t lay that much eggs during winter.

      I eat a lot of eggs, a lot is subjective but at least 5-6 every day for 2 years now. I feel great but I did get a spike in cholesterol which is now above what is considered healthy now (230). I don't care about it much and maybe it's a coincidence but maybe not.

    I don’t really see the point of spending money and time cooking most vegetables if I get fiber elsewhere (oats, bagels, fruits) and necessary micronutrients from animal-sourced foods. Vegetables have minimal calories and just don’t seem like an efficient use of money and time, other than the fact they taste really good in certain dishes. The question is, am I moronic for thinking I don’t need vegetables because they don’t suit caloric or macro needs for muscle gain?

      Nope, "vegetables" in the botanical sense are a completely useless food group. Kale, spinach, broccoli, etc. are all a waste of time. Personally I like onions, carrots, potatoes, avocados, etc. because of their flavor and how they complement meat in a dish.
