I had once bought an egg seperator but sometimes the yolk would fall through or even break on a little edge so now I just use my hand. Don't quote me because I'm not a hundred percent sure but I don't think it's the yolks that can get you sick only the whites. Either way I've been eating eggs forever and never got sick once

Been eating 30 eggs for 7+ months, now it’s just an uncomfortable diet plan to save time through out the day. Also like the idea of making a necessary need uncomfortable, I think it enhances the little things more in life.
For breakfast and lunch I eat 10 eggs, one banana and half a liter of milk with protein powder.
For dinner 100g of rice or pasta with 300g of meatballs and 10 eggs.

For example if I’ll take part of this sunlight room therapy and it helps then you have actually saved my life cause since I’ve been 16 and more or less independently been working to reach my life goals every winter I have taken a few steps back from the progress that happened during summer cause I’m depressed, anti social, tired and unable to actually do anything productive
Also I’d like to add that make sure you get your eggs from organic free range farm and go visit them, make sure that they have proper facilities and outside area is sufficient. Also see what they are being fed. After the first month of eating 30 eggs I found a girlfriend whose mother raises chickens, now during winter I buy them on bulk from a free range organic farm cause my girls mother’s chickens don’t lay that much eggs during winter.
I eat a lot of eggs, a lot is subjective but at least 5-6 every day for 2 years now. I feel great but I did get a spike in cholesterol which is now above what is considered healthy now (230). I don't care about it much and maybe it's a coincidence but maybe not.
