      A propper steak has about 20-30g of protein per 100g, some steaks are like 250g so you would get 50-75g of protein. You would need to eat 2-3 kg of broccoli to get as much protein

    It's not the amount of protein to be concerned about when comparing these two. It's the amino profile. There are 9 total amino that you need. Steak has every single amino and it has fat wich is used by the body to make testosterone.
    Broccoli however has a very poor amino profile and is not a complete protein. You can have 8 out of 9 of the aminos and if you dont get that last one your body will just piss it out and u will get no protein. That is where the phrase "complete protein" comes from.
