It's telling that every anon on here is totally running around with 20 inch arms or some shit then claim natty but then the people actually winning bodybuilding contests aren't running around with 20 inch arms. Those natty shows don't even have good drug testing you just submit a piss test the week of and it usually only checks for diuretics.

natty bodybuilders are lean as fuck tard. i had 19" arms after 2 years of training and all it took was ~30% bodyfat lol.

Natural bodybuilders look objectively worse to me when they're extremely lean in contest-shape compared to when they're in off-season mode. Cutting to those low body fat percentages without drug assistance just makes them look flat and depleted. Whereas when they're around 10-18% body fat, most of them look good.

I will post an example of a natural bodybuilder with average/below average genetics as far as his structure goes. When he's ~15% BF, he looks a lot healthier and bigger.

Dont bother going sub 12% BF natty. Stay within 12-20% so you can actually get strong
    Tl;dr: "no"

No, it's far less healthy than running a small test cycle instead of crushing your hormones for such a long time.

You aren't getting fully visible separation between every single muscle group at 10-12%

competing? no. As a hobby? yes. Remember that John Grimek(picrel) was seen as a man with the best physique and he barely had abs.
