i have a 16.4 bmi right now, very skinny. no muscle on arms, all bone.
i would like to put on weight and be big but with minimal muscle gain so protein must be low.
Are you female? But to answer your question, yes, Nutella is a great food because it's so calorie dense (similar to peanut butter). Figure out your TDEE from an online calculator, buy a food scale and download MyFitnessPal or a similar app, and weigh/track everything you eat so you know exactly how many calories you're eating and how many you need to gain weight. Weigh yourself every day in the morning and look at the trend line over time to make sure you're actually gaining, and adjust the calories as needed if you're not putting on weight. And please don't worry about what the mirror looks like, get to 20 and reevaluate
Good god, I love Nutella so much, but it's one of the only foods where if I eat it, I basically become sick for the next few days, like my body is punishing me.
ive been eating this for 25 years, its actually the only sugary processed stuff i still eat to this day and ive always been very fit with 6 pack showing

Kraft makes one with no palm oil
Exactly how would gaining fat benefit you?
bigger than before
If you're trying to get fat then go ahead, eat it directly from the jar, peanut butter too
Nutella is evil, peak goyslop
You could make your own hazelnut spread with less sugar.
I'd rather had pb&j with a protein shake two times daily for next few months as a snack between my regular meals than eating nutella.
When I think about black people I get upset at the future of humanity and where I think we're headed.

Maybe you are allergic to hazelnuts
I'm not allergic to anything because my parents allowed me to go outside as a child.
