It's certainly better than eating sugary donuts, I'd get a brand that doesn't use Sneed oils and additives, or at least one with a healthier oil like sunflower oil, so long as it keeps you from pigging out on sugar you're fine.
>Allergic
Why tf I only hear this from Americans, I've been to 7 different countries in 3 different continents never heard someone with peanuts allergy except from Americans, is this some experiment they done on you or some shit ?
I used to hate peanut butter but I tried PB Fit and it tastes really good. Still don't really know what to mix it with but it's good for the occasional sandwich
You can make a really nice peanut sauce with it, just add some powdered ginger and garlic, maybe some red pepper flakes. Add water to however thick you want the sauce to be. Goes well with a lot of things.
In moderation it's a great protein and plant fat source, yes.

No. Avoid fats that don't come from animals as much as possible.
Found the ketolard aka lost redditor
legume. avoid.
>surely the people I watch on YouTube know more about nutrition than the last few thousand years of humanity combined
No one ever ate legumes in thousands of years of humanity. Grains were the staple crop

If you make it yourself, then yes.
It's not good or bad for you. Almond butter is better for you if you can afford it but otherwise peanut butter is fine
Me? No.
don't google aflatoxin
>Google it
>every website says it's not an issue
Do you fearmonger over every chemical in existence merely because of its existence? Fucking moron.
yeah regular run of the mill peanut butter. Get natural pb that you have to mix thoroughly, the kind that the only ingredients are peanuts and salt.
Buy the natural stuff. It costs slightly more, but doesn’t have sugar and palm oil added to it, so it’s worth it.
The natural stuff also has a stronger peanut flavor, since it is actually made of just peanuts and salt.
Not if you're on a diet.
