                It raises your TDEE meaning you can lose weight while still eating a lot of food and not being hungry

                It's much easier to get lean when you have gains as opposed to when you're Auschwitz mode. I've been 120lbs lean and also 170lbs lean, 170 was much easier because I could still eat a lot and had more energy

    Obviously the lean pill is real. You just don't understand how much better you will look at 12% bf and lower.
    Pratt was a chubby but attractive looking dude... Definitely a popular guy and had no real problem with women but at a low bodyfat he's a heartthrob panty dropper.
    Many men aren't lucky enough to look even handsome at higher bf but can look very good when they cut weight.
    Some dudes still look like dorks no matter how lean they get, but you don't really know until you exercise some self-control and get shredded.
    Worked for me. Totally changed the shape of my lower 2/3. Gave me cheekbones I didn't know I had and a pussy crushing jawline. Went from almost literally invisible to women to getting eye fucked and approached on a daily basis.

      Eat a calorie deficit consistently until you are 12%bf, stay between 12-17 for the rest of your life. Your frame can be fixed with lifting weights depending on its deficiencies at 12% bf but you need to cut first

          The key is low calorie dense foods brah. So if you go to mcdonalds, you'll eat a tiny burger and some fries which are 1000 calories - but you barely ate anything and you wont be full after eating it. And since you're not full you end up eating a load of other calories later on

          But if you just have a load of chicken breast, salad and rice you can fill a gigantic plate, be full for the rest of the day, and also have 1000 calories. But you're full, so you dont end up eating anything else all day
