I'm trying to eliminate any risk whatsoever of lower back stress or injury. My girlfriend and I just need to build some lower body strength for better sex and getting a bit in shape.
What's incorrect about it? Is it unsafe? I based it on the deadlift + the OSHA way of safely lifting boxes. Leg, lower back, core and arm workout, but without the back injury risk.
Custom made our own weight bar for it. Timber, carpet and some weights.

Well, that's what we're doing. We need lower body and core strength & endurance much more than upper body though. It's just for sex. We could have great sex for hours if we didn't both tire right when it's getting good.

Maybe y'all should try it. You have the muscles wrong. The step 3 curl actually works abs and core, rather than biceps, by holding it out like that. Step 2 is using lats and lower back.
I'm not trying to mimic some perfect-form bodybuilder exercise, I'm trying to strengthen and build the muscles that get worked out to pound pussy/ride wiener.

Yeah, that's pretty close. Only major difference is holding the bar from underneath with our hands. It feels like it's using abs and core instead of arm strength.

Mate just do calisthenics or get some resistance bands and do front squats and/or trap bar deadlift. Trap bar deadlift in this case is just holding the band to your sides
