You need carbs to build muscle past like 23ffmi. You might need fiber depending on how well your digestive system is built if you are eating carbs and eating enough to gain said muscle. As for nutrients there's a million times more in organs than vegetables.

I never did a proper carnivore diet but as a guy that eats unhealthy amounts of meat just because I like the taste, I can't shit and probably will develop hemorrhoids by 30 if I keep doing this.

I did it for eight months. It's good if you have digestive problems with plants or if you want to reset your digestive biome. People claim they lose weight on it, but it's a mixed bag. I think weight loss for carnivore has a baseline, as many dieters plateau.

I had my bloodwork done in 2016, was only deficient in d3 from not going outside or eating fish at the time, yeah I could just take a supplement to fix that or eat fish, you'd have to eat consistently eat liver to get most your vitamins which is pretty much a supplement at that point.
